Let me get this straight right off the bat. The link on Foxnews.com homepage says "Ship Sparks Korean Standoff" but once you click on that headline the article title changes to "North Korea Seizes South Korean Fishing Vessel" once it goes to the story.

Im thinking that NK will return the boat ASAP or that if they dont, SK wont do much of anything but protest. Just my guess. Opinions?

There are a few possibilities.

1) It is not a fishing boat at all - but rather some kind of covert ship, and the North Koreans aren't too happy.

2) The North Koreans haven't heard about this yet - because the people who seized the boat are actually foreign agents.

3) Everything is as it seems to be - and the fishermen will be let of with a stern warning.

or 4). The N.Koreans made up the story or faked the incursion to get attention.
5). Kidnapped out of their own waters.

Maybe no.3 could be due to GPS or other navigation failure. Maybe he dropped his compass in the ocean.

Only time will tell.
