I love nothing about myself.

but there are some things i like, which is my humor, because i seem to have the gift to make even the most sad people laugh in an instant. i can make a cry turn into a laugh. Further more i like im open-minded and i like im not shallow.

But to be honest, i completely hate myself. I seem to only have bad luck.. in love, in my career, in my life... everything. There is never anything good happening to me, never. And if it happens, it always has a twist which turns it into another bad thing fairly soon. If there is a god, he must hate me, so why would i disagree with Him/Her/It?

2. My Amazing skills with firearms and catching mice
3. I am not a Tabby

1) That I am very empathetic.
2) That I actively care about animals in my deeds as well as my words.
3) Being hypomanic - I feel very alive and productive when I am in a hypomanic phase plus I love the magical thinking which feels like the way everyone *should* think all the time.
4) That I am fascinated by learning new things.
5) That I am very tidy.

That was an interesting exercise, since I have a long list of self-criticisms (or maybe not long so much as heavily weighted). Thanks for helping me think of the positives!

Hi Rubyeyes, can you repeat your list in Icelandic? I'd love to see what that looks like. I'd rather hear it but, well, you know - - internet and all.

1) This armor makes me look so damn sexy.

That was some brutal honesty. Despite your depiction of yourself, there is someone who loves you. Do you ever wonder why? Try to figure it out and see if they are idiots or if they might see something in you that you won't allow yourself to see. Bad things do happen to good people you know? C'mon! I love you and I don't even know why...now then.

Sorry, just had to bump this thread up so I can post too!

Just want to see if I even love myself at all. Normally I'd put "nothing" for all five responses, so here goes.

1. I can be unique and eccentric at times.

2. I like to make others laugh and feel good.. even if it's at my expense.

3. I can be quiet and mellowed out instead of being loud and obnoxious.

4. I have pretty blue eyes.

5. I can pick out some really cool, melodic electronic music.

Wow, this is kind of a refreshing break from the end of the world.

1. Every woman I've ever been with is not afraid when walking with me down a dark alley or in a rough crowd.

2. I may have Alzheimers, but at least I don't have Alzheimers.

3. My wife knew me as a friend for 8 years before we dated - and still went out with me.

4. Even though I am a huge man with very little outward emotions, sometimes when I'm alone I still cry tears of happiness because of number 3.

Hmm this one was really hard for me to do, because I came up with a complete blank, but the more I thought I think I have may have some good ones:

1.I like my hazel eyes, and the fact that I am 5'1.
2. I love my sense of humor, I laugh when most people don't, I have a sick sense of humor, and only my husband gets it. LOL
3. I know when to talk and to shut up, and I love the fact i can tune people out, if they are boring me.
4.I like the fact that even though I am 32, I still get carded, because they think I am way under 21. I thank my genes for that one.
5. I feel it's an accomplishment that I have been married to the same guy, i met and fell in love with 13 years ago! I also like the fact that I have a boy, girl, girl.
