What do I like about me????

1. I can learn almost any song on the guitar before i get done listening to it.

2. I like my tattoos.

3. I am a good listener.

4. I am HAPPILY married.

5. Though I don't make a lot of money, I love my job and look forward to
going to work everyday.

I love this thread Greenize!!! S&F, such a wonderful idea! Well here it goes:

1. I have the prettiest blue eyes.
2. I have a great smile.
3. I am an all around good person.
4. I am funny, though I tend to have a sarcastic humor.
5. I am a great cook.

Okay so most of these are other people's words, but you hear them long enough and you beleive it right? At least I do, now after a very very long time of hearing it!!!

God Bless you for this Greenize. Okay, I don't believe in God but Bless you from me. I was just thinking ATS needs a forum for positive information only and here you are.

I only have one blind eye instead of two ( awake but really know nothing)

I try to live by my integrity...but sometimes fail
I am no longer married to someone who pulls me down everyday
I am pretty, petite and look 10 years younger than I am ... thanks to good bone structure, various cosmetic companies and my best friend, Miss Clairol.

One thing I hate about myself, is when I think I'v gotten something wrong!

Since I am a neat freak, perfectionist, you have to tell me, did you change the title? Or is my vision really that bad?

I don't know about you Greenize, but for me, and maybe many others who are posting, it has taken me all my life (60 plus years) to admit there is anything good about myself. I grew up being told how bad it was to say anything good about my self and that translated into even thinking there was any good in me. Maybe I am wrong, but I think this is prevalent in our society.

Sadly, it is true! Funny thing though...look at how uplifting it was to just name 5 things... In the past it might have taken me days to even come up with 5 things, but as I have gotten older, I have decided that I am a pretty awesome person! We all are!

Awwwww, you didn't post to me, but I hear you. While I am a bit younger, I understand completely where you are coming from.

Can I say, you have a quality of humility, which is good in my opinion, as very few younger people even know what that is.

Maybe you should add that to your list.

I am extremely open minded and open to most possiblities. It is fun to have my mind because I become fasinated by everything.

I love to learn. I just can't stop attempting to expand my knowledge.

I am creative. I write and create things through the computer.

I am persistant and strong willed. I will continuely fight for a cause I believe in.

I have a very energetic personality. I know on the forum it is hard to tell. I have been told on the phone and in person my personality is very bubbly.

Your post reminded me of something that my art teacher wrote in one my year books... It says " I will miss your big eyes and bubbly personality"... what a silly thing to recall!

AAhhhhh the all important self worth question...

my 5 things list as follows:

1. Me
2. Me
3. Me
4. Me
5. Me

I have SEVERAL more...if you need it! Truly, my list of what I love about myself can/will go on for days...

Now a list of what I love about others...a bit shorter, by far!

Peace and Chicken Grease man...

Number one would be things spiritual.

Then the other unimportant psychic and material components for the other 4.


And if you're an atheist, then all 5 are unimportant

Have fun admiring parts of your husk.
