Odd lights on Ottawa River spur search

Some reports indicated the lights appeared to be a plane, Boucher said. After contacting several airports in the area, police have no reports of a missing plane or any missing pilot, he said.

There has also been no sign of wreckage in the area, Boucher added.

This seems to be getting a lot of press!! Theres a whole bunch of news stories out there about this. What gets me is the lack of wreckage and the lack of a missing pilot so far. Very interesting!

Could be another Shag Harbor incident in the making or it could be just a plane crash.

Just wanted to bring some attention to this strange story

I am in Ottawa 5 blocks from Parliment and the river.
Last year my friend and fellow ats member Accuroman were out every night filming things...we are still not positive what the heck we were seeing but we got some weird footage.
From what I see on ats here I knew there was no way I would post anything as the members can be jerks about this kind of thing.
We have seen stuff with our own eyes.
I will be following this one VERY closely!!!

Also...there is an underground bunker in the Gatineau hills and that alone i find weird.
I could take film of the bunker if nobody believes me.
On another note project magnet was set up across the river at Shirleys Bay in the forties or fifties to watch ufos.

I live in Montreal and I've seen 4 UFOs

I know people will mock me, others will think i'm lying

But one day I was outside and I saw these four lights in the sky moving around.

Some cars stopped and drivers came out to see
some said it was perhaps just a spotlight, I said no the light is too dense and doesn't follow any regular pattern.

I wish I filmed it
Till this day I've never seen anything like it again

Man I am sooo flipped out that I saw this thread.
I have been wanting to make a thread researching that area for the past year and now i see this.
The thought that Shirleys Bay was the location of project magnet and that bunker whatever it is has made me think there must be a connection with what we were seeing there.
Could just be me but I really want to know whats up out there if anything.

UFO's are very real no matter what close minded fools want to believe. I'm not saying they are aliens, more likely military craft, but they definately exist. If you just look in the sky long enough you will see something. Most sightings are at night after 9 p.m. because less people will notice. Never doubt a sighting of it unless the picture is obviously modded.

i live not to far from the site....i live in gatineau just across the river close to the casino its too bad i dint see that....but i think i will go check it out today

I was aware that Ottawa and the Ottawa Valley had more than its fair share of strange sightings.

Drums you should definitley film taht bunker im sure alot of people would like to check it out as well.

Ive never heard of Project magnet maybe ill go do some digging on that.

Mainly i just wanted to get the word out before it got covered up or swept away and one that lives close by should go check out what agencies are looking for "debris" would love to get some live Pics as well

My source is seeing it with my own eyes.
I will film it for you to see as well.
I'll go out tonite and will upload it in the morning.
I also just u2u internos to look at a pic from some of my footage.

i dont think so cause the bunker is on the ottawa(ontario)side and gatineau hill are in gatineau(quebec)side and there is a river in between....and i dont think they would dig across....around here it take 30 years to make a bridge...lol

This is in the middle of the forest...not in the city.
Anyways guys i am back and i think I got something juicy for you guys.
Just let me edit my some personal details we shared and I will upload it for you guys.
I had a talk with a witness sort of.
She heard it all go down last night and told me the media lied.
They said it was 3 am when choppers were dispatched...she said it was 1 am.
Back in a few.

I also talked to 2 older guys who said the bunker was for storing water.
I am not sure about that but she gives her version of the story about the bunker.

The bunker will have to be filmed tonight after work or I can just get Accuroman to go shoot it as he lives fairly close to it compared to me.

Well to me this seems a little strange, we have lots of witnesses saying they saw something "explode" or hit the water but theres nothing to find out there. Im curious as to who was conducting the search anything unusual ie military personnel?

I think theres a bit more to this story than what we're hearing.
