Welcome Jethro. Start with the removing the paranoia already. I know I could use it.

Good to have you here J.T.!

There is much to see & say "round these parts"!

As is the case elsewhere in life, there is much "chaff" to separate from "wheat" here at ATS!

I look forward to seeing you on the boards!

HAVE A GREAT EVENING!

Ain't that the truth. Separating the wheat from the chaff, the truth from the deception, is quite a challenge these days, especially since it appears that the masses prefer fantasy to reality. We just have to do what we can to get people on the path of truth seeking.

I'd like to contribute to some of the existing conversations on this board, but when I get familiar and adapted a bit, I'll share with you a very interesting book that I have been reading that has certainly helped me to free my mind and stop giving life to distracting negative emotions. Hopefully the community will find it interesting!

Peace

JT,

You are so astute in your explanation of how destructive and anxiety inducing it is to get caught up in the paranoia. I too, have reached that next level where I no longer allow myself to get overly excited about what I discover. I now look at it as a very large jigsaw puzzle with bad unworkable pieces thrown in just to make it more interesting. I try to be judicious in what pieces I choose to keep and which I throw out...and I do try to bring those asleep in and wake them up....but it must be done very gently. So Godspeed...already seen some of your posts...take care.
