WASHINGTON — A U.S. counterterrorism official says one of the many sons of al-Qaida leader Osama bin laden may have been killed by a U.S. missile strike earlier this year — but that it's not certain.
The U.S. official says that at any rate, if Saad bin Laden is dead, he was a small player in his father's terrorist organization.
