Please be aware this website is a "Virul Campaign" to endorse Roland Emmerich's movie: "2012" coming to theaters this November 2008...spread the word...

I saw that when the most recent trailer came out for the 2012 movie. I looked at the website and was surprised how authentic it looked until I saw the "sony entertainment" small print at the bottom and the part about "president Wilson"

I guess some people need to do a little more research on the authenticity of certain websites before they start planning their own doom

How is this a hoax?

It's advertising.

I was on the site for less than five minutes and knew that.

Why would anyone need to be warned? It's entertainment people!

I'll be going to see 2012 when it comes out, love disaster movies.

And no I do not in any way believe that this movie, or any of the hundreds of other disaster movies which have been made since the beginning of film are preparing us for the inevitable end.

Yes, the IHC is a viral movie marketing ploy.
But they do link to realities.

Doesnt it look authentic (besides for the "president wilson" and the "sony entertainment")? At first I was a bit creeped out, but then I realized it was just an ad. Anyhow, doesnt the 2012 movie look great? I cant wait to see it!
