Although I am not a humble man, creating a topic to introduce myself does inspire a bit of humility. I have read these boards for about a year and registered for an account in the last few months. My interests in relation to this website are alien conspiracies, however, I'm open to any and all discussions of merit. Unfortunately, I do not consider many of the discussions on this website very meritorious, but the beautiful thing is that is only my consideration. A person has every right to their considerations regardless of if where it applies- religion, morality, politics, or even internet forums. Most problems in our civilization persist because man cannot yet differentiate between those trivial consideration and the true test of any action, ethics. It is the intelligent thing to do. But that is a topic for another thread, I wouldn't want this topic removed for violating decorum.

Anyway, hello to everyone, I hope we can have many constructive communications soon.

Very interesting introduction. I never have introduced myself. I never saw the need or point. It is in my experience that forum such as this you gain notice due to your postings and introductions mean little.

I wouldn't rely on an IQ number to be your credibility. On here you may think that having a higher than normal IQ would make you an expert, you're wrong, it just makes you opinionated. Also, don't say hello from the top of the IQ scale when you don't even post numbers to support it. For all you know I could have a higher IQ than you.

Its not the size of the IQ that matters, its how you use it. I hope nobody gets IQ envy.

My IQ is pretty high, higher than most... this is because I specialise/enjoy certain types of mental problems... once you've seen a couple of hundred you've seen them all. The problem is, that's all I'm good at, I'm really pretty stupid.

I can see you are not the same and your high IQ is merely a clever way of getting some interestig replies. I think you will get along ok here.

Your words interest me. I'm currently wondering in whose eyes the true test of an action derives fom ethics? This sounds precise but ethics are also reliant on opinion or 'considerations', so who sets the ethical benchmark from which each action is measured (or I could use a more terrible word... judged).

I have often wondered why people feel the need to write posts with as many polysyllabic words as possible even if it detracts from the context of their posts and they frequently repeat themselves...

I suppose you could always argue that your pulsating cranial region is better used in the ponderance of far greater things, than mere attention to detail in posting, and other nonsensical trivialities.

I always thought that if I were smart, It would be cool to be like two people.
