The outcome will be parent against parent and pupil against pupil, exactly what they want so they can claim more need for more control and exclusion of the parents from the childrens lives, in other words they make the state the parents and break the families up.

What happens if you don't sign it. Ban your kid from school. Also when did proof come into any investigation you only have to look at those recent cases of woman crying rape with no proof. But hay lets destroy that persons life then 1 to 2 yrs later say sorry.

The Nazi's would say the same thing report a bad citizen, thus making you a good citizen....

If the school thought the contract had been "breached", then there are steps to follow which have been laid down since these things came in years ago. Only in the most extreme cases will it ever get to court, in which case the normal weight of evidence for any offence would be required to gain a conviction.

Why you seem to think they can chuck people in jail, fine them or exclude kids on no evidence is odd.

Divide & Conquer - Yet more EU & New Labour fascism to encourage people to snoop and spy on each other. Behaviour contracts.
This coming from a government that is completely devoid of any morals and ethics.

OH NOES!!! Whatever will we do, we are expected to teach our children to act right. What will happen to the forget responsibility cause we can't tarnigh the kids creativity or hold them back by putting rules and restrictions on them so that they learn to act properly?

If you can't raise your kids, dont have them. Complaining that the schools are wanting parents to do their damn jobs is not going to make your kids any better. Snitching on other parents? That I don't agree with, but forcing you to raise your damn kids and punish them when they are bad, good.

I know a woman that refused to put ny restrictions on her kids. Now one of them is 23, has never held a job, can't drive, lives in mommy's house, doesn't clean up after herself, and is a lazy slob. the other ne, just as big a loser. If these people had been given just a little dicipline as children, and forced toa ct right instead of do whatever they want, they might be halfway decent human beings.
