El Nino is on the way back according to NOAA after 6 straight months of increasing ocean temperatures.
Once combined with global land temperatures 2nd hottest June since 1880 the hottest when land included was 2005.
Interestingly artic sea ice was 5.6% below average while Antartic ice was actually 3.9% above average.
