Very interesting read! I always struggle with this: if it's that top secret why would TPTB let a minion out to tell everyone about it?

Even if this were true, Cheney is one of the most deceptive men in modern politics that pretty much gets away with everything. He doesn't even handle basic needs in the interest of people..there's no way he would do this.

It makes sense, especially after I saw on 'History's 'The UFO Files' where Grant Cameron confronted Cheney on a talk radio show as to the former vice Prez's ufo knowledge, and was told it's classified.

The source is the testimony of Derek Hennessy, who under the pseudonym "Connor O’Ryan" told Lt Col Wendelle Stevens (USAF, ret.) about his involvement with S4. He gave his testimony in 1991 and Stevens largely witheld it from the public because he feared it was disinformation to discredit him.

I think that this person Derek Hennessy lacks credibility, I have looked at all the links and videos provided here. Even Bob Lazar had a W-2 from the Naval Intelligence, so do you think Bob Lazar worked at S-4? And this guy should be administered a lie detector test just like Bob Lazar was and Lazar passed the test. The photos of S-4 can be faked easily too. Do we know how S-4 looks from inside?

I think we cannot assume based on a guy's testimony and a W-2 and a youtube video that Cheney visited the S-4.

Here is the W-2 of Derek Hennnesy and this could be of any employee of CIA, we cant assume that since you have a W-2 from CIA, you were working at S-4. I got the W-2 from link

The W-2 is mentioned in the link provided in the OP. The W-2 is obviously fake because Langley is spelled as Langly. I think this guy is fake.

I have no doubts that Cheney is high up in the illuminate/power behind the gov. and it would not surprize me that he could get access to s-4 or any other facilitys like that.

Now that was a intreasting read.Maybe the real dick chaney went in and the fake dick chaney came out.A very good place to replace him with a alien imposter.He was right about levels three and four.His security clearence was not high enough to allow him to enter that area.It would also be correct to say he would proberly never see anyone entering or leaving level three or four as they would either have there own elevator somewhere else or they access level three and four by underground transportations system.Thats one reason why they cannot find the top entrence to the dulce base.New infomation came in last week that there is no top entrence.There is no top entrence to the dulce base.Its all made up to confuse people.The only access to that base is by underground transportation system.It would be my guess that chaney never met real live aliens.They just showed him what they wanted him to see,no more.I would have loved to see what was on level three ,four,five and six.Yes i already know about thoses levels.Yes no mention of levels 5 and 6.I guess he did not know about thoses levels.Its a bit like the base at dulce.The deeper you go the more aliens you see.Less humans too.You just would not want to know what they have down on level five and six.

You forgot one thing.Dick chaney is dead.He was replaced with a alien look alike when he entered that base.There are some people who beleive that maybe the it was not the real dick chaney he saw at all but his replacement.
