This is more believable then Elron Hubbard's take on the universe, and look at all the belief he musters? How do you know that extraterrestrial are not American in manner? you assume so much of what you think is correct that you dismiss a theory that is equally as likely as any other theory.

Give it a rest, South Park is the most honest social commentary in the world... and they have a lot to say about how we think. This all just fits into the schism.

Well, it is a great southpark episode. As far as it being possible? who knows... we could just be an alien experiment that is being watched from afar.

Great episode. It is hard to know exactly how much the creators of SP know about the nature of reality. I feel they feign ignorance sometimes.

In terms of this Truman Show idea I dont know. What I do know is that once I was in the astral realm and came across quite an evil and powerful consciousness. It related to me, while cackling wildly (I really arent making this up) that humans are like entertainment for certain higher consciousness. So I understood this to mean they do watch us like a tv show (of course not literally, like sat there on a couch) and I dont know if it has anything to do with the idea of vampiric energy demons. There is a lot of conjecture now about how exactly televisions interact with our souls and subtle energy forces. They seem related in some ways.
