Creating New Ozone...? Could this work?

This video is interesting for a couple reason, one because it's cool it plays music, but 2, got me thinking about our ozone... If I'm not mistaken lightning is one of the leading contributors of ozone development... Lightning replenishes our ozone and seeing as our ozone is rather important I would think we would want to protect it... Also seeing that our ozone is and continues to be depleted...

Could we not develop a contraption or a field of these devices to produce lightning which in turn could replenish our ozone?

Is this type of electrical activity equal to that of lightning I'm not sure, but it's just a question right now... If you happen to know anything about these devices or just want to share please do...

Ozone is deadly and toxic this would be a disaster.

yes we need ozone but the last thing we need is some machine that would need enery/

energy whose pollution would make the device self defeating.
