What are the best books on the Subject of UFOs, Roswell, Dulce etc? Something thats not too out there but is respected and highly regarded. I did just finish Jim Marrs "The Alien Agenda".

Thanks for all input in advance.

Beat me to it. UFOs and the national security state by Richard Dolan is a MUST HAVE for any UFO enthusiast. He backs everything up with FOIA documents. A fantastic encyclopedia of all the best cases.

Most boring is "Man made UFOs 1945 to 1995" that has no ET mentions
at all that I can recall.
I don't think right now it pointed a finger at Germany during the
war but did have the ghost missile over the Baltic event.
Also hollow mountain hiding places in Switzerland perhaps.
A fake lake like in James Bond even.
From there I might have gone to Henry Stevens' "Hitler's Disk Planes"
which had the Foo and motor freezing reports and pictures of
UFOs in Europe and America.

Not quite on UFO's but The Atlantis Blueprint is a pretty damn good book. One of my faves..

It goes into detail and connects a lot of stuff that is talked about here on ATS....

I highly recommend it.

Not on Atlantis but on occupation of America by Celts and peoples
of the Mediterranean via the large Tarshsih ships from B.C. past the
calendar change of Julius Caesar ending around the fall of Rome.
See America B.C. by Barry Fell.
Most notable are explanation of pictures that fools claimed as ET visitation
and are now translated as tombstones and festivals.

Chariots of the Gods?: Unsolved Mysteries of the Past

This was written in 1968 by Erich von Däniken

This is one good read and has made me think about the past and how things may have come to be the way they are.

My Social Science teacher recommended this book to me and now I highly recommend this book.

you can read a critical review of it here

Communion by Whitley Streiber was the first Alien Abduction book I ever read, and IF you believe Whitley, it is a truly creepy account. It was also a movie in the 1980's.

Dark Mission by Richard Hoagland (another hotly debated author) was also VERY insightful.

Any book by Zacharia Sitchin is eye opening

Many more out there. A search on ATS for UFO books will tell you a lot.

I am actually interested in what good books are available via Kindle (for Iphone). There aren't a ton, but if anyone also has any they'd recommend on Kindle, it would be helpful!

Richard Dolan net casts

The write ups seem to place the alien in the picture.
However the technology if man made means the security is even higher
to keep all those in the know on a big leash.
The aliens must have their own security.

I wonder if "Man made UFOs 1944 to 1994" was checked out.
ET is mentioned with the original Arnold case.
His sighting was picked up by a paranormal magazine "Fate Magazine'.
Then an even more astounding case that mimics activity we see even now.
Reported by Harold H. Dahl, one saucer dropped down from group
and one came down next to it. Metal flakes came off before heading
back up that fell on a nearby beach.

We see more and more of these downed saucers on videos otherwise
we would not see them or spotted in hover or slowly moving.

My favorites are:

Need to Know: UFOs, the Military and Intelligence by Timothy Good

The Day after Roswell - Col. Philip Corso

Check out the UFO Casebook series by Timothy Good, if you can find them. Full of interesting witness reports.
Also recommend Alien Agenda, Alien Base and (can't believe no-ones said it) Above Top Secret, again by Timothy Good.
If you're wondering,i'm not Timothy Goods agent!

Moving away from witness testimony heavy books, the previously mentioned Dark Mission and Chariots of the Gods are intriguing books with interesting theories.
