What If Another Country Replaced America’s Flag on the Moon with Their Own?

The point is this: if someone DID take the US flag down, there'd be such and outcry and the US would get off its ass and get men back up on the moon pronto!

In the end it does not matter. We do not own anything, we at the least barrow it. Stamp it like we own it, again it was never ours to own.

To leave US flag there was unwise.

1) Currently US Army can't maintain presence there and protect the flag image against potential abuse from those pesky Moon Hoaxers and UFO followers.
2) It appears that during 2008 Kaguya -2009 LRO season the moon dust start creeping back to Apollo sites, endangers NASA historical heritage:
