No, with the clock of your computer you know the time in your country or state.

But what we need sometime to know is time in another state or country.

I am sure you can find a program for free or "free"
, that will tell you what time it is in every time zone and every major city. Just install the program. I really see no need for it on ATS.

Ive got to say that I love this idea; It would give the site a real international feel.

I don't know if it's really necessary. I have gotten pretty used to the time zones in the short time I've been here. England -5 hrs, LA +3hrs, Australia +14 hrs. With those it's pretty easy to guess the rest. Then again I work evenings, so I'm up wierd hrs.

Unless I'm calling someone in another zone I don't see any reason to know what time it is somewhere else.

Are these two different subjects or are they somehow releated or maybe you made a typo & didn't read your post? While I can understand if we were going to have a live meeting we would need to know the time, but then they'd just say GMT or ZULU time

On the other hand yeah it's always cool to have people from other places at meetings. Just wonder what meetings your refering too. Now maybe you know what all the
were in the other post because I'm
too, by you incomplete thoughts or at least failing to present them in a way for most of us to comprehend.

Don't forget to put the temperature right next to the time too, so we know how warm or cold they are.

Please forgive me for this meaningless post & jumping on the bandwagon. I promise to add something more meaningful next time.

Nans - no disrespect is meant or implied.

I've forgot that "international" means "socialist" in american.

Under LINUX you can have a globe with timezone for desktop wallpaper. An animated wall paper.
