A newly unsealed lawsuit accuses Lockheed Martin of developing corrupt and possibly dangerous software for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter flight control system and then lying about it to the government.

Davis' lawsuit recommends to the court that Lockheed should "immediately" stop developing software for the F-35 to "avoid further waste" of resources and the "serious risks" to F-35 pilots

holy **** , first we have the failings and corruption about the flagship jet fighter - the F-22 , and how its not quite as stealthy as they thought - and the fix? the lap and extra 1/2 ton of RAM paint and coatings on it , and now this - that th computers which fly the latest strike fighter - the F-35 are buggier than windows vista and more holes than a call girls underwear.

dangerous `bloat` and corruption within the code - to the point it might not even work as intended in the operational environment.

first F22 , then deepwater and now this; why are these corrupt companies putting soldiers, sailors and airmens lives on the line.

The guy who is sueing use to work there? Why would he have not gone directly to the military to let them know. Wouldnt this be of concearn to Military. Why is it in court? Didnt we just sell some fighter jets to Saudi Arabia?
