"We are seeing our country disappear before our eyes," he told the Chattanooga Pachyderm Club.

Mr. Hilleary, who has moved from Spring City to Murfreesboro, said the most disturbing development has been the Cap and Trade Bill. "It will raise the price of everything in this country," he said.

More and more people are seeing what is truly happening to the U.S. under the current administration.

We are truly watching the disintegration of the Republic of the United States for a Socialist dictatorship, but still after the truth has been known, and americans have seen the changes which will affect everyone of us there are still many fans of Obama, even if he did not keep most promises, if any that he made to his constituents.

We will have increased taxes, and that will be for ALL Americans, except maybe the rich who won't notice much change, being passed under the lie of Carbon trade, or cap and trade.

This is nothing more than the largest increase in taxes for Americans, which will include taxes on the milk for your children, and the food we need, and eat everyday.

Jobs are still being lost, and most Americans by now should know the lie that President Obama told that "600,000 jobs will be saved" was nothing more than that, another lie, more so since Americans have been losing over 500,000 jobs a month, every month.

The government keeps spending money like ther eis no tomorrow, we keep losing jobs, and more taxes are about to be passed, not to mention the hefty fines we will have to pay if we don't have healthcare insurance.

We are certainly seen the deathbed of what America once was, and the current administration is not only laughing about it, but they are making everything possible for the collaps to be the worst in the history of this country.

But of course the Obamatrons will continue cheering like branless robots even if they can't afford to buy milk, or pay the rent of their house, or apartment.

What will be next?

A message to all Americans that still care about their country:

Please contact your senators and make sure this scam cap and trade climate bill dies in the Senate. Don't wait for someone else to do it for you. Make a call, send an email do something.

This bill will not do anything for the climate. Don't be fooled, it is a scam. They are going to create a new commodity to trade and make money, thats all it is. One big money making scam.

I like how you almost think its Hillary Clinton saying it but then you realize its just Former Congressman Van Hilleary.


Dang my reading skills! I thought somebody big was actually starting to care for once.

Firstly I am no fan of this administration, but some former senator stating his opinion is hardly news.

I wonder if the OP chose to post this because it like the other responder said could be mistaken for the Sec of state.

For the OP. Cap and Trade. More like Tax and Pay. I love hearing how people support this new bill. Like its supposed to help with our deficit and budget.

It is news, if it is on the news, it is fairly new, and a former Congressman is stating the same thing so many other people are stating.

Well I don't mind paying a little more in taxes if the poor that voted for Obama get to pay the same taxes. These people wanted change and they wanted more freebies directly out of my pocket. I am not rich but I work real hard for what my family and sacrifice 9 months out of country for my family. So like I said if they are howling like little bitches I'll be happy. These little parasites living on welfare and earned income credits have stolen enough money from me and the middle class... So bring it on because I want to have something to laugh about in the future....


Oh despite how I feel I have been emailing the crooks about the cap & trade and on auditing the fed.
