The 13-10 party line vote advanced a $600 billion measure that would require individuals to get health insurance and employers to contribute to the cost.


So now it is up to the House of Representatives to decide if every American is required to have health coverage. If this passes, small business will take the biggest hit. The poor will be subsudised by the government, making them more and more dependent on Uncle Sam. But small business will be required to offer an insurence plan or pay a fine.
