Although it says he is waving, I would say it could show that he is beckoning, the stills could be the arm going all the way up and back down with no waving involved, only the video will tell.

But damn alot of you guys expect naked little gray dudes with big heads.

Have an open mind.

If they really came from some advanced place I bet they have thought of and implemented the idea of "sweater" so far, why is it so unbelievable?

Secondly it could be a shiny spacesuit, you just cannot tell from that distance and those 4 stills.

What I saw was as black as night, no eyes or mouth noticible, very thin frame, so how can all you experts so easily say it's a human?

But I have only read the OP and a few others in this thread so if it is already debunked thoroughly then whatevs.

How can you tell it's a human as opposed to an alien?

How can you tell it is wearing a sock?

Also to those stating it is an inflatable Scareyman, the Scareyman seems to be different colors and much fatter. This looks different.

It looks extremely different from those dancing inflatable attention getter guys who flop around.

i know its a human because he is wearing a shirt and pants. dont tell me you think its an alien too, there is better evidence then this fake stuff.

There are a number of variants on the "Scarey man" colours etc, the link I gave was from a US website and it's a UK sighting, sorry I was too lazy to get the exact model.

Maybe it was those pesky kids...

He is facing away from the camera and is holding something in his left hand maybe trying to attract the attention of the UFO.

But it is clearly a human facing away from the camera with his left arm raised.

ho man!!!! thoes human are so simple mind!!! because he wear clothes so it's not an alien, so if he is naked with tentacules it's an alien, i understand why now they stay silent!!!! how do know what alien wear or not, what do you realy know about alien, only thoes stupid videos on youtube who fool you brain and keep closed eyes, so let things happen, and see how humanity will react, i think the wait is almost over

When I see the word film, I assume video footage. Not snapshots.
