Fascinating FOIA Doc CAUS vs NSA

Got to looking at what was new @ Governmentattic and saw this title:

In Camera Affidavit of Eugene F. Yeates, Civil Action No. 8-1562, 9 Oct 80, US District Court for the District of Columbia in the Case of Citizens Against Unidentified Flying Objects Secrecy (CAUS) vs. National Security Agency (NSA), 1980

It is quite a fascinating read including page 11 in which the Agent discusses a reported "yellow object" that fell into the sea in 1966

. It contains a summary of intercepted communications which were transmitted between the commander [blacked out] and the [blacked out]
air commander regarding a 'yellow object that was reported to have fallen into the sea.

There is quite a bit of very interesting information in this document.

So they didn't declassify the whole thing eh? It says towards the bottom of that PDF that 2 documents remain TOP SECRET.
