Lack of Paresthesia as a result of numbness.

I no longer get the symptoms of Paresthesia(pins and needles) upon the reawakening of a disabled extremity. Ive looked pretty long and hard trying to find anyone similar.

I used to get it untill about 2 years ago. Its so great not getting that horrible pain. I thought that it also could be a symptom of a nerological disorder, but came up empty handed.

Is this normal?
