Again, dictionary, please! You really need to invest in one of those. It doesn't matter what you think science is, or if it "can be pretty 'gospel' to you." It is not gospel. Period. You can think science is flying bush llamas or trans-dimension hyperspace slugs, but it just isn't.

You have to think of the time period though. English replaced the Native languages during the Industrial Age, not to mention they became way more populous than the Native Americans ever were.

In what way is the time period relevant?

you ever bother to compare cultures *anywhere*? Neighboring cultures are usually very, very different. Its why they are neighboring cultures and not the same culture with a few different traditions. Take, for example, the Aztecs and all of their neighbors, and you can even compare the Aztecs to their more distant but more easily comparable (in size) neighbors, the Maya. Vastly different on almost every level. Why don't you compare Egyptian culture to the Bedouin? Compare Persia and India for me.

[edit on 14-7-2009 by JScytale]

Of course, I'm not saying they're all the same. However, they all have one thing in common - a close bond with Planet Earth. Modern European and Middle Eastern cultures, and because of western-biased globalization today, everywhere in the world to an extent, is aligned to Heaven and is neglecting the Earth because the Western mind is not of this earth.

What I'm saying, is the cultures of Europe and the Middle East are so different than the cultures of the rest of the world, that there is reason to think they DID come from somewhere else. I mean blaming crap on llamas? What does that have to do with it? lmao

First off, i'm not attacking you but your idea, everyone is right in their own opinion.

Oh man, this idea is so ridiculous i had to chime in, be easy JScytale i got this. Every culture that developed during those were totally unique unto themselves. What you ARE doing is using your own culture and using it as a standard to judge others, that is how you get ideas like that one you just stated.

That idea holds as much water as a spaghetti strainer and it sounds..stupid. To me, i get the feeling that you are trying to justify a reason as to why europeans and middle easterners are different from everyone. If European and Middle Eastern culture is so different from everyone else's your gonna have to elaborate on it and the reasons in the OP don't hold any water.

Have you read about Indian culture and the weapons they made? What the ancient chinese and what they did in the fields of astronomy? Or the technological and artistical might of the Central Americans?

you're holding on too strongly to defending "white racism" where it isn't there. i think in many ways, the euromind is behind indigenous cultures. sure we have alphabets and build pyramids, but yes, you can't ever underestimate the might of indigenous cultures! their technology is different but at times it has been absolutely amazing, and the psychic power of some indigenous people blows away any 21st century technology.

I am told that the original people of Earth started on the Northern shore of Meso-america.

Don't know if this helps.

Interesting topic. I've always believed that (let me put this in basic terms and I'm not racist or anything) Whites, Blacks, and Asians are all different. Evolution and Intelligent Design (from aliens and not creationism) are both true and mankind has developed from several different branches. The Blacks are from evolution and the Whites are from aliens. This planet has several different species who have combined to form what human beings are now. This theory was developed BEFORE I read Sitchin so there is some truth to his theories. Just look at how different the people are, white men can't jump! HAHAHA But no seriously this needs to be realized because I believe it will give a better understanding to racism. If people see that we really are different and not try to say we are all the same then we can focus on those differences and how each one can help the other, not how one is better than the other.

Semites are not a race, but an ethnicity. In fact, there are Semites of every race except maybe Mongoloid.

As for light skin and sharp noses, I think you are referring to Nordic people specifically. I don't think that having a thick nose has as much to do with genetics as it does with a person's habits and personality, which are shaped by his culture and customs.

Please provide evidence that Arabs and Middle Easterners may have been originally White Caucasian.

The Ancient Egyptians had a hybrid alphabet-ideogram system. Other languages such as Thai, Manchu and Coptic (Ethiopian) use an alphabet as well. Many of the East European languages did not have a writing system until Cyrillic was invented in the 10th century, and most Native American languages have had no writing system until recent history. One of the earliest written languages to be discovered so far was invented by the Mu people on Easter Island.

The "perfection" and "geometry" you speak of probably go back to Ancient Greece and Rome, which are closer to the Middle East than Western Europe. They both "borrowed" their ideas from other cultures like the Sumerians and North African tribes. As a matter of fact, the Greeks didn't invent much of anything except babbling loonies who went around asking a bunch of nonsense questions (who are now revered as the great classical "philosophers").

The Persian kings were said to be among the first rulers to encourage tolerance and cultural pluralism, and the Chinese also have engaged in cultural diffusion. Greece was more a melting pot of other cultures than a wellspring of any sort of innovation.

The concept of "eye for an eye" goes back to the Code of Hammurabi, which was not written by White Caucasians. The Mayans adopted a similar policy in their laws.

There are lots of explanations for why certain people feel out of harmony with nature. One possible explanation could be that they simply crave a change of scenery.

As for how the original homo sapiens could have lost his pigmentation after migrating to the temperate and arctic zones, that's one of the biggest mysteries of life. A really out-there explanation is that the Caucasian genotype could be a failed attempt at genetic modification by some non-human entity.

Do you realize that the orginial Egyptians where African, i.e. dark skinned? They became light skinned after the emergence and culturally mixturing with the Greeks. Not to mention that their were plenty of black people in Ancient Greece as well..

And also, how do you belife the Euromind is behind indengionus culture, what are you basing this one? I'm not holding onto "white racism", i'm just trying to figure out how you make the assumptions that you made.

I wanted to avoid getting involved in a topic that on the surface seems to elevate certain groups so far above any other that they MUST be aliens, but I do want to ask maybe two questions I haven't seen answered yet (if they were I apologize).

1. Where does the "alien" part of your theory come into this and what lead you there?

It can't be as you mentioned simply having lighter hair, white skin and sharp features. Those attributes are nothing extraordinary or indicative of exceptional powers/abilities. You will find them on homeless men and convicts.

2. If indeed White people are the only descendants of aliens, what are all the other races?

There still are the basics of anatomy that suggest even if the other "non white" races were hanging around the earth skipping rocks, the chances of them having the same basic anatomical build-up of a visiting and alien White race (right down to blood type) is so beyond coincidence as to simply be astronomical.

This in particular really doesn't tread water in my opinion:

Are these differences actually because an alien (but related) race of human beings were marooned on this planet?

So advanced yet they have one crash and are stuck here on earth for an eternity?
No cellphone to "phone home"?

I did notice here though that you say "alien but related", so again if these White aliens were our relatives then that would mean all races are alien...and at the same time none are "alien".

While I certainly don't reject the ancient astronaut theory, I think here you are too focused on the wrong ideas (ones that seem to potentially self-aggrandize) to see the broader picture in that theory. That is that the indigenous peoples were more in touch with the truth of our existence then, than the majority of us are today. The theory suggests that (from drawings, stories and artifacts) these alleged "beings" spent a lot more time with them, in spite of some of these groups seemingly falling out of your category of "advanced" or "contributory" to the planet.

This may be the result of their lack of ego, an openness to others, and the rejection of the type of self-importance that allows for some to feel themselves as the only center of the universe. The other earlier indigenous peoples were perhaps closer to the "spirit" of our true connections to the universe, and less reluctant to accept other forms of guidance. Some of those groups believe we are related to the very Earth. Down to a single pebble.

I know some people can only accept something vastly different from themselves if it appears in a preferred "package" (a concept some have insidiously utilized for manipulative purposes) but I'd drop those limited concepts and be prepared to one day see something so beyond our tiny dogmas of race and form, and yet irrevocably a major part of us all.

Interesting post...However, this needs LOTS of research for it to be factual. Just to share some info....

The concept of zero

The concept of zero (shoo-n-ya), did NOT come from the Arabs. It came to us originally from the Indians, who were so advanced in Mathematics and the sciences that it staggers the imagination.

Mathematics- some examples

the pythogoras theorem, trigonometry, complex algebraic equations,
the fact that the earth revolved around the sun long, long before Galileo and so much more.

Science and medicine

Surgeries (brain, heart) with the exact procedures, the tools necessary etc. The concept of the atom (an-oo) as the basic composition of matter, etc.

Sanskrit is one of the most 'mathematical' language in the world. So precise, that its the only language which is completely convertible into binary sequences, one that a computer can understand.

Hard facts, in the form of evidence, radio carbon dated documents, tools implements all exist.

This is not even 1/100000th of what came to us from the East, from India, from China. There are so many things that we do not know about the East, simply because we have never been exposed to it. At a time when the majority of population of Europe and America was clothed in sheepskin and wandering for food, the East was making huge advances in astronomy, the stars and planets, science, technology, occult sciences, fine arts etc.

Not everyone is 'brown' or 'yellow' skinned in the East. Races exist with an average height of 6.1 feet amongst men, almost Nordic in appearance with blue/brown/black eyes and some with blond hair.

The East has looked at both the whole picture at a macro level and also gone deep into the micro level in a way that we did much much later...

Some things about Earth's past we will never know because it is older than recorded history. It's fun to watch you develope your theories based on known recorded history but there is a glass ceiling. The possibility that an alien race making contact with this planet and influencing it's evolutionary course is just as valid as any other theories projected. Ancient astronauts could have visited here, colonized, crashed, etc. or even extraterrestial microbes could have hitched a ride on a rock(s) and bombarded the planet altering the course of human evolution. I believe it would be impossible for you naysayers to refute with 100% certainty that these type of events did not occur unless you have a Doc Brown Delorean Special parked in your garage.

Donnie Darko actually dark skinned people, and people with black hair skin can turn white... ever heard of albinism or let alone leprosy. According to a biblical account of leprosy in the King James Version of the bible Leviticus 13:30: "Then the priest shall see the plague: and, behold, if it be in sight deeper than the skin; and there be in it a yellow thin hair; then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a dry scall, even a leprosy upon the head or beard." Yellow thin hair so that means the black thicker hair changed to yellow thin hair
Therefor is someone has leprosy and albinism they are turning into a alien?
I am sure different colored cats of the same litter are not different species of aliens.
Side note: How come scientist labeled parts of the DNA junk DNA, (stating serves no purpose) when the scientist just won't admit they cannot understand a lot of aspects of this world with their limited knowledge? Therefor they make assumptions to appease their colleagues, even saying alien DNA... How do they know its alien DNA if they don't have alien DNA to compare it too? People underestimate this world too much.

White cultures also have an obsession with perfection and geometry, trying unrealistically to attain this perceived geometric perfection. This is why they build pyramids and wheels.

Egyptians are white?
That's news to me.

No one specific race of human is alien.
No one is more alien than their brother, or sister, or neighbour.

We all crawled from the same gene pool somewhere along the line of evolution- Cultural differences or similarities are by no means any sign of extraterrestrial origin.
That's a huge stretch.

thats ridiculous...he was just thinking out loud and saying what he thinks...and what he said wasnt racist in the least.

anyway...whats wrong about saying dark coloured people make better sportsmen or women?...there are many different races of dogs..horses..everything...they all have things they are better at..more suited to..thats the whole point...thats why races exist in the first place...thats what races are!!!!..

how did we ever get to the point that even mentioning this fact is a reason to be attacked and be called names?

you sir are being discriminatory in attacking the OP for absolutely no reason.

When I recognize that most of the NFL wide receivers are black. It's not racist. It's fact. I can only assume that blacks have an edge when it comes to that postition on the field. What is that edge? Better diets and more training than white counterparts?
Nope. And when a white and rare wide receiver scores a touch down and I cheer, because he is white, am I a racist?
No! Emphatically, no! I am just a "racialist".

I am so tired of stereotypes. And it seems to me that the ones who promote the stereotypes are the people who complain about being stereotyped. I suppose they have some sort of mental problem and feel inadequate and need to impose some sort of "superiority" for themselves upon others.

Sunburning is a side effect of losing skin pigmentation, which was an adaptive change. There isn't much sunlight in northern latitudes, and some sunlight must penetrate the skin to produce vitamin D. Thats awful hard in the winter in northern europe when you have dark skin blocking most of it.

anthro.palomar.edu...

[edit on 14-7-2009 by JScytale]

yes well this is interesting. yeah; the reason for hte skin colour differences we see is no doubt due to the vitamin d and sunlight; which is why black people living in the northern hemisphere get sick if they dont get enough sun - cuz their skin doesnt absorb as much vit d as white peoples - and is more adapted to a sunny climate while white people are adapted to polar climates. inuits are white skinned; japanese are light skinned. whereas some indians with caucasian facial features - pointy noses; have dark skin.. etc... its true.

but i think the other planet stuff is interesting. i think a planet with not much sun WOULD produce a white skinned race - who knows - perhaps there is some alien connection - im particularly interested in white with pink eyes/red hair - albino types.

but by the same token; there are probably alien races on planets that get a lot of sunlight (desert planets) who have DARK skin and have evolved that way. so black or dark skinned races could also have alien connections just the same as whites. intermediate skin colours like asian etc.

look at creatures living in caves or at the bottom of the sea - they have very white/translucent skin.

who knows where we all came from. if we are part alien with alien dna, it will no doubt be very interesting.

one thing i've noticed which i find interesting: ive seen photos of negro people who i have noticed have quite elongated skulls compared to many white people. now personally i think there was an alien race with elongated skulls on this planet - see the skulls on display at nazca paracas malta siberia russia lapita - marquesas etc. and i think normal humans elongated their kids skulls in imitation of this race. some of the skulls on display i think are NOT deformed; but of a different race; while other skulls clearly have been bound/deformed.

i think akhenaton (known as a living god) was the real deal. and nefertiti too. and i am wondering if some of this race interbred with negros - giving some negros unusually and naturally elongated skulls?

interesting?

but i think the original skin colour of this elongated skull race has been found to be lighter/with red hair acc. to reports. but i think that some negroes may be more closely racially connected with this possibly alien race, than white people, based on skull shape as generally white people's skulls that i know of do not seem to show the same elongation..

um actually, i think you'll find some of the early pharoahs were actually white skinned, with red hair.

BUT dont fret... whites probably have no connection with this race, as they may have had elongated skulls (very elongated) therefore are alien; ... no basis for white supremacy there. in fact, as i posted before; there seems to be more evidence of possible negro interbreding with the alien race than white intermingling with this alien race anyway.

everyone is so touchy about the race thing.

personally if i was descended from a dolphin, i wouldnt consider myself inferior at all. i'd be frigging pleased that i wasnt descended totally from idiot humans of all races who are ruining this planet and being cruel to each other. i have way more respect for dolphins and wolves than for humans... but that is just me... and i think where we all went wrong was the oh, animals are dumb and humans are lords above them, and much smarter than them.

WRONG. we are all animals. black, white, asian; human, neanderthan, dolphin, wolf, sea cucumber, elephant, parrot, orangutan, gorilla, homo erectus, alien grey, reptilian, nordic (if they exist), giant, dwarf etc. and who is to say who is the most superior of all of them?

personally i would have to say elephants. but that is just me i suppose.

About Egyptians being black. The Nubians, who lived south of Eygpt (or in far south Egypt, depending on historical opinion), were black skinned, but the people who built the pyramids were probably not. "White" in the sense I speak of here includes not just northern Europeans, but also southern Europeans, North Africans, Middle Easterners, and even some tribes in India such as the Parsis who are Aryan in origin and came from the Russian/central Asian steppes.

I think the idea the Egyptians were black is a case of dishonest cultural sensitivity. It's good to be sensitive of other cultures, but when it crosses into lying to butter up the truth or saying that things are the same because it's offensive to some to speak the truth about cultural differences, or supporting illegal actions because they are a part of the culture, it has gone too far.
