I have kept my mouth shut for the most when speaking with or reading comments from those that believe Obama is not a U.S. Citizen. Obama is our president as elected by the people. Barak is also not a muslim or a Manchurian candidate. He was born in Hawaii and until PROOF arises that he was not than i will believe he was. Some of you who believe he has no right to be president because YOU have not seen his birth certificate is just plain silly. Birth Certificates are private and not for public view including the Presidents in my opinion. I never heard of anyone asking to see the birth certificate of George Washington, Richard Nixon, or George Bush for example. I just don't know why some need proof(in the form of a birth certificate) that he was born in Hawaii. What are you afraid is going to happen if he just happened to be born in lets say Indonesia or any other country for that matter.

I just ask these questions because i am curious to know why it matters so much. Let me know what I am not seeing. Has he done something that should lead me to believe he doesn't have the best interests of this country in mind? If there is please enlighten me so i can see the error I made by voting for him. I hope i didn't sign my death certificate by believing he would be better than McCain or Ron Paul.

Just like the endless silly debate as to whether the Apollo moon landings were hoaxed, this silly debate over Obama's birth country just will not go away... It's very sad that after 8 years of Bush lies, stubborness and destruction of the economy we can't move forward and concentrate on trying to fix what Bush screwed up... Instead we debate over where Obama was born??

Who was it? The ambassador from Kenya that said Obama was born in Kenya. It's a pretty long list. Say, speaking of Obama...perhaps there is a relationship to the Palin woman and her recent actions. Perhaps they're prepping her for a new election substitution? Maybe they'll have to call the election void and run it again?

Well..He's now appointed 34 Czars that oversee things like..oh..what our Congress, that we ELECTED are suppose to oversee..The Czars answer to no one but Obama, they by-pass congress completely, and soon the Czars will replace the Congress "We the people" elected..
I don't remember any of the 34 Czars names being on the list when I voted..that in itself should give anyone a clue that something is not right..
Then theres the fact that the Goverment now owns the Dealerships, and is currently going into business with GE...at that I will stop, because it would take way too long to list all the things Obama has done to this country in just 6 months...
My Mother always told me..If it sounds to good to be true..it usually is..he is nothing more than a Trojan horse in my book..

Now I see why you are confused. This particular story is only a small piece of the puzzle. There are many more larger pieces which when put together cast some serious doubt about Obama's natural born citizenship.

There is your problem. You are giving your opinion and not fact.
It is required that Presidents prove their eligibility to Congress. I believe its the party of their affiliation which has to make sure the President is eligible.

All Presidents before Obama had to show their proof including their birth certificate. Even his oppenent McCain had to show his proof. Why should Obama be any different? Why wouldn't he show it unless he has something to hide.

I just ask these questions because i am curious to know why it matters so much.
Umm......because it's the law. It's in the Constitution. I guess that means nothing to you. I guess since the Presidential requirement clause means nothing to you, let's forget all the other one also like free speech, religion and the right to bear arms.

So how did a young Obama who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?

And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi, what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers.

It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did Obama travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A: Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S. Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981.

Conclusion:

When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims.

And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008!!
