Good man! Thanks. The scribd link helped to source the PDF in the Nasa archives...chronological listing of lunar events.

It's should be the same one I lost...details the same etc. I don't remember needing to lie on one side to read the damn thing

The wealth and regularity of the Aristarchus TLPs is the reason I kept missing it. I'm not 100% it's the exact same file. One thing that stood out was one astronomer who listed dozens of Aristarchus TLPs...some on consecutive nights...over a period of years. His fascination with that crater prompted me to search his name...drew blank. The pages are all there...I must have imagined a significance that wasn't there...no name jumps out by repetition.

Data is constantly changing and being moved around NASA loves shuffling the reports at NTRS. You have to save a copy when you find it because a month or two later the original link is a dead end

Frustrating as hell, especially when every few months new people ask the same questions

so are the bases on moon active or dead?
why are we putting up missile defense system to protect us from space, the ET are clearly more technology wise advanced.

I have problem with people using the words "under Oath" It does not gaurantee that the truth will be told./rant

• At the close of the Barcelona Exopolitics Summit, there was a near riot in the auditorium when several dozen Spanish delegates tried to take the stage to announce that three of them, working on a Free Energy device, had received death threats from Steven Greer.

We do not know the truth of these allegations but I (Bill) recorded two of them on dictaphone and I can confirm that they were both frightened and extremely angry and upset. The conference organizers, perhaps understandably, did not want the close of the conference to be disrupted and so they were not allowed to speak.

Although I am on the fence as to what mankind has done on or to the moon, the use of the phrases: common knowledge, and kept secret used in the same explanation makes me dizzy. Since when is a secret common knowledge? At best, this is a common theory.
