And I will say this again to you as I have said to others. Obama has proven sufficiently under the constitution and vai the current laws his eligibility. You may not think the short form birth certificate is enough (as the other 44 have presented as well) but then again you dont write the laws of the land thank goodness. On December 2008 congress and the electoral college were given the last say over Obamas eligibility fiasco, and likewise they accepted what he presented, as did the folks who voted him in on November 4th, and from there he was confirmed the newly elected president.

You may have your own personal suspicions, he may not satify you in anything else he does, but that doesnt hold up in a court of law forcing him to show you anything further. If you want to see that long form Kozmo, you should get legs for this conspiracy of yours and come up with solid questionable evidence to present to the courts which will then over time lead to the senate. So long as you folks huddle around this "question questions" talk its not going to get you that long form birth certificate. What you provide as evidence may verywell do so.

And by the way in reference to the "drivers licence remark", 97% of americans use their short form birth certificates to get their drivers licence, the long for may very well be a couple pages long with personal information that nobody in their right mind carries with them. Get your head together.

SG... ther COLB does NOT state WHERE he was born NOR does it state WHEN it was issued! In short, it proves NOTHING! It CANNOT be used as evidence as it does not answer the question - WHERE was this man born!?!?! Ergo, he has not sufficiently risen to the qualifications set forth in the Constitution. The burden of proof lies with him and solely with him!

Another Lie. The short form birth certificate is the legal certification of birth where it has to display exactly what it says in the long form, including birth place. What your refering to Kozmo, which I have told you and others here numerous times is the Hawaii statutes S. 338 which allows foreign born children to atleast one american citizen for a parent to gain an Hawaiian birth certificate however that law was only introduced following 1982, two decades after Obama was born. The law does not apply to Obama, prior to 1982 you had to be born in Hawaii to gain an Hawaiian birth certificate.

Sorry are you a birth certificate expert? You know nothing about birth certificates so please dont act as if you have some knowledge in the field. As far as I can see it you have continued to base your arguments on speculation and Im sorry, that aint ganna get you that long form. Come with the evidence he was born off US soil or else you will continue to be dead in the water with this entire argument.

Let's look at the possible list of charges that would be brought before Obama if this silly little conspiracy actually turned out to be true.

We got Fraud for starters.

We have Violating the Public Trust

We have intentional use of False Identification.

We have Criminal Conspiracy to Commit.

Anything I missed?

So the people that believe in this nonsense are in fact accusing Obama of these very serious criminal charges. But have no evidence to support a case?

They claim it's only a civil matter? Which is nonsense, when the entire point of this absurd conspiracy is to have Obama removed from office. Under these charges, impeachment would be necessary because of the fact that if true, he should be impeached for high crimes or misdemeanors.

Unless my theory is true, that the people behind this theory only have the goal of usurping the 4th amendment rights of every citizen of this nation. By forcing Obama to produce and publish his long form birth certificate without due process, what is to stop these people from demanding the same from every man woman and child in this country?

What is to stop roving gangs of vigilantes from going door to door in poor neighborhoods rounding up people for not having adequate identification to prove that they are in fact citizens of this country?

After all, if they do it to Obama, what is to stop them from doing it to the poor family down the street who is devaluing the homes in the neighborhood?

What is to stop them from doing the same thing to people just because they happen to be of another skin color?

This is what these people that are behind this conspiracy want. They want the ability to imprison and deport people at will for not producing the desired paperwork that these people feel is adequate.

And that is what can happen if they somehow force, intimidate or coerce Obama into publishing his long form birth certificate for all to view.

Obama shouldn't publish his long form birth certificate. That way the suspicions will keep growing (even if unfounded) and maybe people will start taking a harder look at his policies.

Exactly. That is why they don't resolve this issue. Besides the fact they already have.

Keep people distracted deflect and give them the information, just enough to keep them away from what Obama is really doing.

I would really like to know who the voiceless cowards are that keep starring posts like yours. None of you people have presented ANY proof that he was born anywhere but Hawaii. Do you and the people that star you really think it is better to go down the path with no evidence at all? Is it because he is a Democrat or a black man.

Come on now, just say it. You and all your little friends that gave you stars - here is a pretty open forum. Bring the proof, evidence, or just admit why you really want to push an issue that has been proven wrong and will not be reversed. Do any of you have the courage of your convictions?

I will be waiting.
