Plaintiff presents the key question in this case as one of first impression, never before decided in the history of the United States: Is an officer entitled to refuse orders on grounds of conscientious objection to the legitimate constitutional authority of the current de facto Commander-in-Chief? In the alternative, is an officer entitled to a judicial stay of the enforcement of facially valid military orders where that officer can show evidence that the chain-of-command from the commander-in-chief is tainted by illegal activity?

I read the entire lawsuit that was filed in federal court. The real surprise was on page 9 & 10 where I found the following:

“The evidence contained in exhibit B shows that Barrak Hussein Obama might have used as many as 149 addresses and 39 Social Security Numbers prior to assuming office as president. The Social Security number most commonly used by Barrak Hussein Obama is one issued by the state of Connecticut, the state where Barrak Hussein Obama never resided and shows him to be 119 years old.

This coupled with the fact that Mr Obama’s grandmother, Madeline Dunham was a volunteer at the Oahu Circuit Court Probate department and had access to the Social Security Numbers of the deceased, constitutes circumstantial evidence casting serious doubt on the legitimacy of Mr Obama and his claims of being born on U.S. territory.”

The suit was filed in the Federal District court in Columbus Ga.
by attorney Orly Taitz. I personally cannot imagine that any attorney would file such a lawsuit with the allegations about the misuse of Social Security numbers and include a list of the numbers as an appendix to the lawsuit if the information had not been thoroughly investigated.

Maybe.. Just Maybe this story will get legs and help stop this national nightmare we are in.

Interesting...if it does get legs though it will be drug out, during which time Obama will retain office and no censures will be in place to keep him from enacting legislation. So it is a moot point, unfortunatley. Until he is convicted and removed as a standing president, only then can his executive legislation be reversed and then all the legislation passed by congress on his watch will have to be challenged one by one. Very messy, and will take probably in excess of 10 years or better to resolve. The articles of impeachment alone will take 2+ years. Either way S&F

I don't understand why a formal impeachment is necessary if he wasn't qualified to accept the office in the first place. Inullment would be more appropriate.
Wouldn't the entire election be rendered void?
In which case Clinton wouldn't be recognized as VP.

The presidency would have to be assumed by the speaker of the house?

this situation is so unprecedented that it's hard to say who would become president. if obama were illegally elected, and biden was part of that ticket, then i assume he would be out too. so pelosi would become president and a special election would be held i think. the real problem though would not be who would be president but how this all came about. if indeed information was suppressed, aided by MSM, it will cause quite the fire storm. at this point, i don't know how many citizens will say it doesn't matter though obviously congress will beause they are using him to get money for their projects. will be interesting. kind of think nothing will come of it because of fear of the disruption.

this has to be a setup. surely no one thought they could get away with this. (if this turns out to be true, of course) this will start rioting, i wish i had a gun. if things turn that bad there should be a few lying around i can pick up though.

39 social security numbers? wow, if this is real then this man is doing nothing but ruining this country from top to bottom.

Pelosi as Pres? That is a very scary thought.

This suit won't be allowed to go through for one simple reason. It would expose corruption at all levels in government.

The corruption is so ingrained into our politics that I don't even know if a revolution could get rid of it all. It's a real mess. Talk about a political collapse this case could do it.

......then he has a case on his hands. Note the "might have" addition to the article. I have heard plenty of might have, could have, speculated to on this website, all the other birth certificate lawsuits have been in the same nature and they have all be thrown out to the garbage. This is a serious accusation this individual makes, likewise its his right to put his concerns forward if he can prove it.

All the other arguments cited regarding his ineligibility have been debunked. Its funny this individual continues to cite the short form birth certificate on the internet as a fake when the only individuals who have proclaimed it as a fake tend to be birthers and general Obama conspirators/opponents. The accusations have not held up to experts and WND themselves admitted it last year before they flip flopped again.

By the way I took the liberty of breaking down the some of the charges made towards Obama (as the others are really broken records by now, search this forums for them). Apart from the "social sercurity numbers" allegations that are yet to be brought up this guy really didnt do his homework.... by the least if you are going to make such accusations make sure you do your homework. It should be noted that Orly Taitz is doing this lawsuit again, as she was involved in past birth certificate accusations.

Exhibit C, the expert affidavit of renowned forensic document examiner Sandra Ramsey Lines, states that the certification of live birth posted by Mr. Obama as verification of his legitimacy cannot be verified as genuine and should be presumed fraudulent.

Sandra Ramsey can get in the back of the line. The short form birth certificate has been authenticated by The Hawaiian health department, politifact, and the Hawaiin state government. WND even brought in experts to review his birth certificate and concluded it to be authentic (despite their continued speculation nevertheless). Sandra Ramsey at the end of the day is a private citizen, and Im pritty sure she has her own personal opinions on the matter.

Hawaiian statute 338 allows foreign born children of Hawaiian residents to obtain Hawaiian birth certificates, that those birth certificates can be obtained based on a statement of one relative only without any corroborating evidence from the hospital; that 'late birth certificates'

Wrong, the law refered here did not exist till 1982 so in turn it doesnt apply to Obama as he was born over 20years prior to that. In addition According to UCLA Law Professor Eugene Volokh, in the hypothetical scenario that Obama was born outside the U.S., he would not be a natural-born citizen since the then-applicable law would have required Obama's mother to have been in the U.S. at least "five years after the age of 14", but Ann Dunham was three months shy of her 19th birthday when Obama was born.

Both the Dems and Repubs are implicitly responsible and equally implicated into this, because they both parties would have already known this and neither of them did anything to stop it. It isn't only Dem's that sit on the vetting boards it is also Repubs. You are not doing a very good job of denying ignorance since I have to explain this to you. So welcome to my ignore list, you are obviously just trolling me.
