Its a crusade by three very determined lawyers. Obama represents something for these three that they cannot stand. So they are going to use every legal avenue afforded them to get this issue into the courtroom. The latest claptrap is apparently some guy has sworn testimony that Obama has used several birth certificates, and social security numbers in his lifetime.

If he has the evidence he should bring it up and let the defense examine it. (Discovery) But I doubt there is any evidence.

What's the difference? They are shredding the Constitution by the day, even if true it wouldn't surprise me.

Even if he is removed, ok then what? Who do you put in? Biden? McCain? Freakin Pelosi? How about farmer Joe? What does it matter? The true power of the Elite's remain. Nothing changes, but a waste of precious time.

We need more effort to audit the Fed. Let's concentrate on that for real change.

Auditing the FED should be done. I couldn't agree more but it is not the topic here. I agree, nothing would change in this country if Obama was removed and replaced by the next shill working for the PTB. But this issue is so lame and takes up so much wasted server room with people simply shouting "Show us the damn birth certificate!" (even though he already has)

You failed to mention another facto here whatukno, the short form birth certificate is the birth certificate that the vast majority of americans use to get their drivers licence. The long form birth certificate can be multiple pages long and there is often the hassle of having to get through it, inaddition to it showing some very personal detail of the individual of interest who was born. Most americans use their short form as a source of identification.

This is correct. I have never had my Long Form Birth Certificate EVER. I have had my short form Certificate of Live Birth. I have gotten drivers licences, my social security card, and a passport with it.

All these agencies I have used my Certificate of Live Birth for. None of them demanded the Long Form Birth Certificate.

The followers of this conspiracy theory are rallying behind one lawyer hell bent on trying to prove his case, it has been thrown out twice in the SCOTUS. The reason?

Because he had no legal standing. His case was so full of holes that the court refused to listen to it twice now. I am sure the latest attempt will fail as well because Obama has provided proof publicly that he was born in Hawaii and he is a Natural Born US Citizen.

The online version doesn't have a raised seal stamp. I have 2 certified copies of my birth certificate and both have a raised seal that show up in a scanned image.

I've never used Photoshop to scan images and I don't know if it can and I don't care if it can. His online COLB has a Photoshop header if you dare look there.

There is too much damnable evidence that will make any judge sit up ask for more evidence. Unfortunately, Orly Taitz has only one serious lawsuit against Obama that has any opportunity to make it. And that's because Obama is in default of responding to a valid lawsuit. To which the judge may rule in Orly's favor next week.

2) Obviously you'll say so to back up your claims. To be frank Im more interested in the external evidence than those of personal nature (we tend to be bias in our arguments).

And did this bill pass? Does it apply to those born previously who have natural born citizenship? When these bills are brought fourth they effect the individuals from the date of the bills passing forward. Its doesnt apply to those born previously as is the typical nature of new legislation, bills, laws enacted, they apply forward.

Oh yes Im sure this lawsuit will get through, like the last 14 or so others since mid last year. What Im wondering is whether Mrs Orly Taitz will have to pay for wasting the courts time again after this lawsuit, following the 14 odd others.

Don't ask me why it says African, could have been what Obama's Father wanted put on it. When I was filling out the form for my son's birth certificate I could have put my race as anything I wanted. (I was seriously considering Martian but the wife stopped me.)

The fact remains that the people that say Obama wasn't born in Hawaii still as of yet not come up with any credible evidence to support their claim. Dr. Orly Taitz, (Where the heck did she get her doctorate from anyway?) Does anyone know anything about this person? Are we to trust this person blindly without knowing where the heck she came from or where she supposedly got her "Evidence" Which by the way, looks more and more like a hoax everyday.
