oopp...i ment to opst this in politics and people. will move.
i'm confused now, it said there was already a post with this title, yet i could not find one.
i'm hoping to use this thread as a discussion about some of these groups, the good some do, the divide and conquer attitude of others etc............
i'll begin by linking to 2 popular ones in america. please keep in mind we all know of bigots like the kkk, and putting up a direct link to some of these sites only impowers them in ways. numbers on the web do matter. so, here goes.
naacp of course there are some things this group does that i disagree with, but in general i think they have the good will of african americans in mind.
national council of la raza personally, i'm not sure what to think of this group.thier organisation is at a high level, we all remember the marches. i do have a problem with illegal immigration here, so basically disagree with thier stance on this topic.
