the only scandal that might develop out of this is if Mrs Obama got a peek out of this pic and kicked him out of the White House.

What scandal? He's a man and that's what men do. Like another poster mentioned, I'd be worried if he weren't checking it out. Besides, Obama didn't run on the family values platform. He's not being a hypocrite he can check all that nice stuff out.

I am pretty sure that is Nicolas Sarkozy of France who is either

A)Checking her out as well, just at a more casual angle...or
B)Grinning at the fact that Obama is not being as smooth as the french and getting totally busted on camera.

The truth is it is just a pic. A snapshot of an instant in time. He could be looking at her butt, but he could also just be turning his head from a conversation he just finished with someone to his right that is behind him and now he is turning to look at the next step before he splits his head open.
