Considering the incredible number of methods used on our current currency (redundant, much?) to foil counterfeiters, these seem a bit simplistic-looking.

The pattern in the sky area would be difficult to get crisp.
and if they added a foil RFID to the paper that would make it very difficult to counterfeit
There are other things like the colored band that would also be hard to copy.

While it may be a test print there may be many other tricks that don't show to foil counterfeiting. very fine engraving, special inks, or !!!!

From a photo on the Internet you would not see the tricks you would see on a bill now.

Just take a new bill from your wallet and look at with a powerful magnifying glass and you will find a lot of very fine engraving.

Also a photo would not show a watermark very good unless back-lighted.

Any countries money should be redesigned every 25 to 30 years to incorporate the newest anti counterfeit tricks.

This causes counterfeiters to have to redo and invent new ways to beat the new bills an there new anti counterfeiting tricks.

The thing that makes my believe that these a prototypes of a new US bills is the addition of braille on the bill.
This is something that the blind have ask for for the last 50 years.
I don't think someone with photo-shop and a sense of humer would have ever thought of putting on a bill.

I would say that is a very p-poor attempt at a "chop" at best.
For one, it is lacking many anti-counterfeiting security measures to even be used as a banknote this day and age. Watermarks, fluorescent fibers... EURion constellations, etc etc. and etc.

I remember seeing pics of the new NAU but drastically improved currency here on ATS...
Might be an influx of 'dollar hoaxers' about these days, I dunno why though... we all know they aren't worth anything anyway.

C'mon. That's part of the counterfeit protection scheme that lets you know it's the real deal. It doesn't transfer with a laser copier.

the only thing that looks ok to me is how they color-coded the different amounts. everything else looks like it came from some small country in south america. We need some cooler, 2.0, type money. it's the future damn it!

Ohhh, my friend... I have done my research on morgellon's,
I just never thought they would stoop that low... really. I mean, everyone slaving away for these "tainted" bills to get enough to buy some crap GM foods that rot the gut, and after dinner we can use this worthless dollar to buy... (cough) our satisfaction for the night. Just let the kids play with some outsourced lead clad toys.
