Doesn't Bubonic Plague spring up in Africa every so often? And don't they treat it with antibiotics nowadays? It's not like it's the black death in the 21st century. This is hardly even news. Maybe it's not Obama trying to infect ppl as much as it is ppl trying to infect Obama when he's outside U.S. borders? Just cause the plagues follow him doesnt make him the criminal. He may be the target??? Hmmmm
