Does this Ufo have windshield wipers?

The windows on this Haunebu 2 appear to have dots in the middle of them. The only explanation I can think of is that they motors to spin something, most likely wipers.

Yeah I'd say Nazi UFOs were pretty much the VW of the skies back then - I also think Meier UFOs were these Nazi ones...

Its probable that these Nazi saucers were unworkable.
The first successful suspension might have been an old rusty submarine.
This might still be around from reports out west.
Thus the use of circular windows for the next design with a circular
craft, the reason perhaps for a bigger motor central to the saucer.
