Not surprisingly, someone in the senate is calling for Donald Rumsfeld's resignation. Senator Tom Harkin, D-Iowa, Called for the resignation, and
spoke openly about it on CNN, saying that, essentially, just placing the blame on the troops wasn't sufficient.

"He has to go. Nothing, I think, less will suffice," Harkin told CNN. "It's not enough just for Secretary Rumsfeld to say that some people in the
lower ranks are responsible for this -- this goes all the way up."
I've been expecting this since the day those prisoner abuse photos were let out. The Bush administration, when asked whether or not they wanted
Rumsfeld to keep his job, replied only with "Absolutely."
