Yes, CGI, you can see that the shadow of the UFO, for example, is not aligned with the other shadows.
There was a thread about this video that, if I remember it well, even had the original footage without the UFO.

The shadows coming from the trees are pointing to the left... meaning the sun is lower and to the right.
When the "ufo" passes... the shadow is directly beneath it.... hence fake.

 Oh Ive never laughed so much in ages! The combination of that fake UFO and the noise of the bike is hilarious. Then when they "fall off" the
bike...too funny!!!

The UFO is always at a horizontal constant while the rest of the world is at sea,and of course the "blow-lamp"cycle just keeps going instead of
stopping,before,he,she they fall off.

What exactly makes all you guys think its fake? The angles of the shadows? It looks pretty authentic to me. I guess I'm a sucker. I couldn't
tell it was fake. Then again I know nothing about cgi or computer enhancement or anything like that.

More important, the guy recording it sees a giant ufo in front and it's like hey cool beans and doesn't even say anything

The angle of the shadows is the most obvious clue for it being a fake.
The shadow of the threes is almost at an angle of 45ยบ.
The shadow of the UFO, not only does it look brighter than the shadows of the trees (that are not completely opaque as the UFO), the angle is higher,
as if the Sun was higher in the sky but only for the UFO.
Also, there is the not small fact that jkrog08 found a video with both versions, with the UFO and without the UFO,
here.
