RIGHT? The underlying health condition was FLU, probably followed by pneumonia. Poor thing.

Have a friend there- with a family. They live near St. Albans- she's been sick for 2 weeks- baby and husband are well, but she's in bed. I told her at least to get an antibiotic for post-flu pneumonia and she won't go to ospital because she's still breast-feeding and doesn't want meds. I get it, but good lord- how do I convince her to get treatment? 101+ fever, horrible chest infection (and she's a black belt in tae quon do- very fit). I worry every minute about her.
