Attorney General says ministers and whites not protected

Eric Holder when asked a hypothetical question about a proposed hate crimes bill was told that ministers and whites will not be protected. He went on to say that only traditional victims would be covered.

In other words, it has nothing to do with hate but providing extra laws for special classes of people. I have already explained countless times that if a crime is a crime the person who commits the crime should be prosecuted fully. It doesn’t matter what the person was feeling towards the victim, it’s still wrong. It’s similar to thought crimes at that point.

Here we go again with the double standards. The proposed hate crimes bill is only going to protect 'traditional' victims.

I posted previously about how this legislation is going to be used to stifle the First Amendment and shut down conservative talk radio (www.abovetopsecret.com...). The inherent hypocrisy in this legislation is just another glaring reason it should not be signed into law. Contact your states' representatives and tell them to put this in the garbage where it belongs.

What if a black person IS without a doubt racist.

Attacks a white woman while calling her racial slurs the whole time.

He won't be able to be charged for a hate crime??????

Can someone give me one valid reason of why he shouldn't be but
a Mexican attacking a Jew should??!?!???!!!?!?!!??!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!!!?!?!?

This is disgusting.

I'm also guessing, that they'll help white women, but not white men.

I'm tired of being put down for being white, constantly it seems now.

Whites= Snitches.
White guys can't jump.

You can stop racism, well the MSM can but they won't.

If MSM didn't make a huge deal about obama being the first black president, and the 1,000s of CNN Black in America episodes, and just treated them like regular people. They'd actually start acting more like it, and quit thinking that they are a special group of individuals who are abused everyday.

Look at this and notice, how we seem to be okay with it, because it's been installed.

We are all people, and once we start realizing it, and work like it, we won't ever achieve it.

A protection bill against hate crimes leaving out white people.

My question... Why?

What harm or upheavel of protests will come if this is done?

Good question.
It seems racist to me to give someone a job they aren't qualified to hold solely because of the color of their skin.

Another good question. I guess the hypothetical perpetrator wouldn't be given the harsher charges that would be allowed if the shoe were on the other foot.

Actually she probally would be charged if she fought back in anyway, given that any crime involving a black and a white is automaticly a hate crime against the black.

I was layed off years ago (on christmas eve) because the boss decided he wanted to replace the white guys with assians as he didn't have to pay them overtime. He was dumb enough to put that I was being let go because I wasn't assian. I still couldn't get the gov't to do anything because it's not discrimination if it happens to a white male.

This doesn't surprise me at all. Obama's nominee for Supreme Court also believes in and supports white based racism. She learned this from her upbringing, and believes it makes her a better person. Just ask her.

I had said 20 years ago that there will be a time when, in the USA, preachers will be put in jail/fined for speaking out against homosexuality. Well, this is one preacher who may find himself behind bars.

White people are legislating themselves into oblivion. We have literally allowed political correctness and rampant white guilt to be used as a means to make our own people second class citizens in our own countries.

It never seems to amaze me how gullible and self effacing well meaning whites will become in order to appease those who they have supposedly wronged historically.

Seems as if we are all just supposed to lay down and die, all while apologizing profusely to non whites for the things that happened generations before we were even born.

We are made to bend over backwards to accomodate other ethnic groups of people, many who hate us for no reason other than the color of our white skin. Now isn't that by definition the very meaning of racism?

Right on, BlackOps719! Couldn't have said it better. We just seem to accept the assertion that we owe other groups of people something just because we happen to have less skin pigmentation than they do. Why that is, is beyond me.

I agree. I'm beginning to believe he's a much bigger threat to liberty than any of us (or at least I) thought. This is the second time I've reported on the guy for wanting to run the Constitution through a paper shredder in the last few days. He says we're the ones who need to be watched, I say he's the one we need to be keeping an eye on. One of them, anyway...

Holder is upholding Obama's revisionist view of the U.S. Constitution he's been working on his entire professional and political career. Obama's next step is to stack the Supreme Court with his revisionist cronies to support all his views. Sotomayor is his first in this step.

Seriously as a White Anglo/Saxon male who considers myself as well as every other man, woman and child on the planet regardless of their race, creed, nationality, sex, sexuality, religion or ethnology to be a human being.

Now if some human beings think they are being victimized, well they probably are, first and foremost by themselves.

Now I have a pretty endless list of people who try to victimize me, would like to victimize me, WISH they could victimize me, but it never quite works for them because I just don't see myself as a victim. I simply refuse to be a victim. I refuse to be bested, I refuse to be mistreated, I don't care who says what, how they say it, how they justify it...whether with words, accusations, slanders, laws, badges, or sticks and stones...

Do a good number of the people who have tried to victimize me and couldn't succeed hate me...

Yeah they sure do
