I was kind of shocked to see at the bottom of my Yahoo homepage that UFO Photos was the #3 "Today's top searches"! See screenshot below.

It seems the public interest in UFO's is increasing. Is there something I am missing that would have this be one of the most popular searches today?

All of the top 10 changed. Just shows the Yahoo crowd are a fickle bunch.

No kidding! I was just trying to find out how often they update the "Today's Top Searches" part of their website. It may have been a carry over from yesterday.

That didn't make a whole lot of sense to me either! It's funny that people are more interested in him then e-coli!

I don't think those are real searches by people. I personally think they are made up to direct you to links that will have key advertising on them...that is how they make a majority of their money.

Eh. Not sure about that. I clicked on E.coli and it took me to a search result page that was no different than if I just typed in E. Coli in the search bar. Same exact results.

They went to Google for UFO images like we all do.
They get posted here all categorized by date and put in a zip link.
Yeah I got them.
ED: Just a thought, Yahoo knows your search favorites, via cookies,
and stuck UFO in the list just to get you to stay on Yahoo.
