With the growing evidence of the death grip of the Statist NWO upon the neck of the Republic, the nay saying of the otherwise politically astute is breathtaking. In article after article different narrators of the encroachment of government on the rights of the people, and the corresponding destruction of constitutional boundaries and safeguards of our Republic is chronicled with overwhelming evidence and documentation, yet the reoccurring theme of their remedy is one of continued struggle within the very corrupt system that has excused the steady governmental encroachment they decry. As if lemmings heading for destruction, they chronicle their lockstep march, while attacking any who would refuse to join their ill-fated procession and that point out resistance is their only viable option.

For too long now they have stood mute, and obediently headed for their ‘cliff’ of soon destruction, as the proponents of the politically correct have attempted to control discourse concerning their Statist/Progressive hero Obama by flinging emotionally charged epitaphs such as “racist, “anti-American”, “sore looser”, “warmonger” and “traitor”, desperately trying to silence valid criticism of America’s mindless march to destruction through marginalization; while furiously attempting to maintain the framing of the debate in the obsolescent terms of a non-functional two political party system. Of recent, even the charge of “treason” has been used to vilify, with the underlying threat of reporting any such non-politically correct and thus seditious speech of those who would dare point out what is obvious.

What then does the word “treason” mean? How did our nations forefathers apply it, and is its use valid today as concerns the actions of our elected leaders, or for those who oppose them? It is upon these questions the very destiny of our Republic hangs.

A nation can survive its fools and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly against the city. But the traitor moves among those within the gates freely, his sly whispers rustling through all alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears no traitor; he speaks in the accents familiar to his victim, and he wears their face and their garments and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation; he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city; he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. While ‘treason’ has been defined numerous ways during various attempts to amend its meaning to the situation at hand out of convenience, the classical definition has been:

1. Violation of allegiance toward one's country or sovereign, especially the betrayal of one's country by waging war against it or by consciously and purposely acting to aid its enemies.

2. A betrayal of trust or confidence. (The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language)

In an attempt to define that which is every soldier and national public official’s duty to the Republic and the corresponding quantification of their allegiance to the same, every oath of office and oath of the defenders of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights contains the clause: “I _________ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same…” This clause is important in that it establishes the American definition of a traitor as including one who does not defend the US Constitution AND THE BILL OF RIGHTS against DOMESTIC ENEMIES; thus establishing loyalty to elected officials only as long as THEY HAVE REMAINED LOYAL TO THEIR TRUST OF UPHOLDING THE US CONSTITUTION AND BILL OF RIGHTS. At the moment they fail this, it then becomes the sworn duty of those so enjoined to DEFEND both the US CONSTITUTION AND BILL OF RIGHTS FROM THOSE ELECTED OFFICIALS WHICH HAVE BROKEN TRUST.

What should be noted here is that this oath makes no difference between an invader, or a duly elected official’s attack on these documents, both are to met with brute force to insure these documents (which gave our government its legitimacy) survival; no attack, whether through an unconstitutional ‘Executive Order” or an attempt to legislate from the bench of the judiciary is to be allowed without resistance. Noticing the further qualifying fact that those who have taken this oath are bound by it until death; there is no release from the duty this oath details – fidelity until death.

Who then are we who would stand to defend that which we swore to defend? Are we not you? Are we not sons and daughters of those who went before us, those that realize that duty calls once again; old, perhaps disabled, but still bound by the oath we and others bled to keep? We are of every color and nationality, molded into one people that “… yearn to breath free.” Are we so objectionable that you would turn your back upon the very ones who are willing to stand, no matter the odds, to defend that which grants you the right to count the blood we shed out of duty as worthless?

Perhaps however, it is the inability of some to accept the obvious, as to do so would be to entertain conclusions so terrible as to be unthinkable; collusion among our elected officials to ignore the documents they swore to defend while actively participating in the subjection of our nation and our people to a one world progressive government run by the world’s elite. I have found no evidence of a NWO. It seems the whole idea of a NWO is being perpetuated by those who seek to find a reason why thier minority does not prevail. The reason is democracy. The will of most of the people is being carried out. When you oppose this with violence, such as the coup in Honduras, this is treason.

My only point of dissent about this thread is that today people do not understand what a oath is. There really isn't a lot honor in most people. How many people are true to their word? Sworn oaths do not hold the same dignity they once did. I do realize that there are some very honorable people out there who recognize the gravity of swearing an oath. But it seems to me for quite some time that people have been made to be less serious about it. Hey it's been proven you can swear to tell the truth in a legal proceeding and despite having previously sworn the oath of office {think Bill Clinton} lie and have no repercussions leveled.

Oh Sarge, now you've done it... About time the gloves came off! That's exactly where we stand at this point...Make no mistake, the patriots are STANDING, and perhaps will die on their feet. Patriots will NEVER die on their knees in supplication.

The TRUTH is getting out, and TPTB still continue with their diabolical plan. They are counting on the general laziness, complacency, and continued trust in the MSM outlets to cover their true intent.

Patriots will not be silent, no matter the cost. We are scorned by family and friends as "reactionary", or even worse, "paranoid" or "crazy". Still we continue on our course. Even in the face of being labelled by our own government as "domestic extremists" we continue to loudly proclaim the TRUTH.

Still the masses seem blind to the treasonous acts against our founding documents, slow to realize that the point of no return has long since been passed.

Yes, at times it seems the easier course to resign ourselves. Still we persevere, like our founding fathers, for it was perseverance more than anything else that won our liberty in our first great struggle.

Keep the faith, brother and sister patriots! Persevere, no matter the cost! There ARE things worse than death, keep that in mind.

Boldly proclaim the true nature of our traitorous federal government, and fear not their repurcussions, for they are merely mortals too, no matter what they would have us believe...
