excellent point. as a matter of fact i don't know what my governor has been up to in the past few weeks. whether he's in salem (oregon) or argentina or portugal. he could be anywhere. one of the things about sanford was that if he just told the lieutenant governor he was going to be gone, no problem, but maybe that's not true. if people were out to get him, they would smear whatever all over the place.
