Inflamed CNBC host calls bloggers 'digital dickweeds'

rawstory.com

Television is a place of maturity and thought. The blogosphere is a place of “dickweeds.”

That’s according to CNBC host Dennis Kneale, who’s declared the recession over, and who went postal on critical financial bloggers Tuesday.

A livid Kneale described bloggers he alleges have dubbed him “irritating,” “unwatchable,” “Beaker,” “super dip#” and “clueless” and purportedly compare his show to a Saturday Night Live skit. Some of it, he says, is funny.

“Less funny,” he said sharply, “was

“Less funny,” he said sharply, “was comparing me to a 350-pound woman in a thong bikini on the beach.”

His response?

“That was no comedy sketch. That was hope and fortitude, you digital dickweed.”

That's funny CNBC since most of bloggers think you're a TOTAL JOKE.

CNBC, spinning the economy everyday to make it look good... praising the bailouts... denying the crisis for years beforehand...

YOU ARE A JOKE CNBC.

God that is so funny.

Can't believe some people who think they can fight progress.

Wow... what a mistake on Kneales' part... If he did not like it before he signed his own digital death warrant with those comments.... I think I shall head over to CNBC too so that I may give him a piece of my own mind.

Of course I plan to show him more courtesy and respect than he has shown us as I tell him just what I think of his immature diatribe.

CNBC is a circus. If you want some real economic news, go to bloomberg. The only redeeming people on CNBC are Rick Santelli, Bob Pasani, Art Cashin (who works for UBS but talks everyday). That's it.

Clearly he failed to catch this bit of T.V. outrage:

www.dailykos.com...

Hysteria is clearly not limited to the blog-o-sphere. I guess he missed Cramer's show as well...
