Back in 1980, a mysterious set of stones bearing a message for civilization in various languages appeared in Georgia. From Christian dispensationalist symbol of the New World Order to Native American “power-nexus” to the interpretations of Contemporary Pagans, UFO buffs, and New Agers, the Guidestones are a spiritual and political Rorschach test. Back in April, Wired magazine published a story on the history of a strange monument in rural Elberton, Georgia (“granite capital of the world”) known as the Georgia Guidestones. The monument consists of four 16-foot-high slabs of granite arranged around a central column and topped with a capstone weighing 25,000 pounds. Carved onto the face of each slab is a list of ten precepts for creating a better society, written in eight modern languages. On the four sides of the capstone are written the words, “Let These Be Guidestones to An Age of Reason” in Sanskrit, Babylonian cuneiform, Classical Greek, and Egyptian hieroglyphs. The central column and capstone are also equipped with holes, astronomically aligned so that the Guidestones can serve as a compass and clock.
The popular consensus is that these stones were meant to survive a global apocalypse and aid survivors in creating a new, enlightened society.

American Stonehenge: Monumental Instructions for the Post-Apocalypse

The Georgia Guidestones may be the most enigmatic monument in the US: huge slabs of granite, inscribed with directions for rebuilding civilization after the apocalypse. Only one man knows who created them—and he's not talking.

The strangest monument in America looms over a barren knoll in northeastern Georgia. Five massive slabs of polished granite rise out of the earth in a star pattern. The rocks are each 16 feet tall, with four of them weighing more than 20 tons apiece. Together they support a 25,000-pound capstone. Approaching the edifice, it's hard not to think immediately of England's Stonehenge or possibly the ominous monolith from 2001: A Space Odyssey. Built in 1980, these pale gray rocks are quietly awaiting the end of the world as we know it.

Called the Georgia Guidestones, the monument is a mystery—nobody knows exactly who commissioned it or why. The only clues to its origin are on a nearby plaque on the ground—which gives the dimensions and explains a series of intricate notches and holes that correspond to the movements of the sun and stars—and the "guides" themselves, directives carved into the rocks. The Georgia Guidestones

On one of the highest hilltops in Elbert County, Georgia stands a huge granite monument. Engraved in eight different languages on the four giant stones that support the common capstone are 10 Guides, or commandments. That monument is alternately referred to as The Georgia Guidestones, or the American Stonehenge. Though relatively unknown to most people, it is an important link to the Occult Hierarchy that dominates the world in which we live.

The origin of that strange monument is shrouded in mystery because no one knows the true identity of the man, or men, who commissioned its construction. All that is known for certain is that in June 1979, a well-dressed, articulate stranger visited the office of the Elberton Granite Finishing Company and announced that he wanted to build an edifice to transmit a message to mankind. He identified himself as R. C. Christian, but it soon became apparent that was not his real name. He said that he represented a group of men who wanted to offer direction to humanity, but to date, almost two decades later, no one knows who R. C. Christian really was, or the names of those he represented. Several things are apparent.

The messages engraved on the Georgia Guidestones deal with four major fields:

(1) Governance and the establishment of a world government,

(2) Population and reproduction control,

(3) The environment and man's relationship to nature, and

(4) Spirituality.

Why were these stones created? Who built them? For political reasons, Religious reasons, to guide the future, after the apocalypse? It is said to guide survivors in creating a new, enlightened society. Some think the Bilderbergers put them up, as instruction in several languages to assist the New World Order. The Georgia Guidestones deal with four major fields; Governance, the establishment of a world government, Population and reproduction control, the environment and man's relationship to nature, and Spirituality. Is this about the loss of life, foretold or a population control??

Three interesting statement on the stones seem to be about population control; although reducing the population of the earth to 500 million would require the extermination of nine-tenths of the world's people. How do they plan on accomplishing this?

I just went and saw them in Elberton on my drive back to Florida from vacation. It was super hot out, so didn't stay on site as long as I would have like. Very crazy stuff...that's for sure.

What I was most interested in was the fact that there is a time capsule underneath the site. However, there is no date as to when the time capsule would be opened?

I wouldn't doubt it at all that this could be something that was created by the Bilderbergers/members of the New Age movement. The goals on the guidestones lean in that direction.

When is the time capsule supposed to be opened?

ETA: I didn't hear the sound in the video the first time--thought there was none. But apparently there is and I must say, the music is kinda creepy!

This is from the ' Book of Law ' , written in 1904.

IV.
The New Aeon.
The third chapter of the Book is difficult to understand, and may be very repugnant to many people born before the date of the book (April, 1904).

It tells us the characteristics of the Period on which we are now entered. Superficially, they appear appalling. We see some of them with terrifying clarity. But fear not!

It explains that certain vast ‘stars’ (or aggregates of experience) may be described as Gods. One of these is in charge of the destinies of this planet of periods of 2,000 years.** In the history of the world, as far as we know accurately, are three such gods: Isis, the mother, when the Universe was conceived as simple nourishment drawn directly from her; this period is marked by matriarchal government.

Now, Horus, the child, in which we come to perceive events as a continual growth partaking in its elements of both these methods, and not to be overcome by circumstance. This present period involves the recognition of the individual as the unit of society.

We realize ourselves as explained in the first paragraphs of this essay. Every event, including death, is only one more accretion to our experience, freely willed by ourselves from the beginning and therefore also predestined.

This “God,” Horus, has a technical title: Heru-Ra-Ha, a combination of twin gods, Ra-Hoor-Khuit and Hoor-Paar-Kraat. The meaning of this doctrine must be studied in ‘Magick.’ (He is symbolized as a Hawk-Headed God enthroned.)

He rules the present period of 2,000 years beginning in 1904. Everywhere his government is taking root. Observe for yourselves the decay of the sense of sin, the growth of innocence and irresponsibility, the strange modifications of the reproductive instinct with a tendency to become bi-sexual or epicene, the childlike confidence in progress combined with nightmare fear of catastrophe, against which we are yet half unwilling to take precautions.

What ? yea why not? Mona Lisa seems to be Mona L'isa , Female Divinity.

And how and why should any of this be ? Adam and Eve, we are all aware that Adam came first, but for the genepool to be as 'pure' as possible I think, Eve was mady first, she can give birth to adam.

SO, first human a Woman ? God forbid if the World should know that God is a woman and made a woman. But NO, males are the Dominant spouse.

R.C. Christian could refer to Christian Rosenkreuz also known as "Christian, Rose Cross" in english.

Who is purportedly a fictional character created by The Count of St. Germain.

Christian Rosenkreuz is considered the founder of the Rosicrucianism.

TOO MANY LODGES IN THE BROTH

FREEMASONRY is one of the oldest organizations still in existence today. Papyrus scrolls that were found in 1888 in excavations in the Libyan desert describe secret meetings of similar groups 2000 B.C. These brotherhoods had already been involved in the building of the Temple of Solomon and fulfilled then their functions similar to today’s unions, yet they already had a mystical tradition.

R.C can stand for thousands of people or clans, but I doubt you find any dealing in gathering Alchemists for thousonds of years like Rose Cross.

Is EU the New Babylon ?

Is Europe the woman of Revelation? Biblical Prophecies in Daniel 2 and 7 indicate that something resembling a Holy Roman Empire will be the dominant force in the world when our Lord returns. Putting together Daniel and Revelation many interpretations indicate that Europe is a very likely candidate to fulfil this role. Certainly if we put together many symbols associated with the European Union (EU) it is difficult not to appreciate the associations. Here we present just a few of those symbolisms:

The flag:

The European Union’s flag consists of 12 stars, inspired by the halo of 12 stars that appear around every Madonnas in Catholic pictures of her. A former secretary general of the Council of Europe, Leon Marchal, affirmed that the stars are those of "the woman of the Apocalypse." Enthusiastically he explained, "It’s wonderful that we have gotten back to the Introit of the new Mass of the Assumption. It’s the corona stellarum duodecim (the crown of the twelve stars) of the woman of the Apocalypse." This is a reference to the woman in Revelation 12 who appears with a crown of 12 stars. Although this woman represents Israel, the Catholic Church has always claimed that she represents the virgin Mary, "the mother of God."

The EU, which now has 25 member countries, has confirmed that the number of stars will always stay at 12, which indicates that the stars do not represent countries. The number will remain 12 no matter how many countries there are in the European Union

The Anthem

Europe’s new common anthem is: "Ode to Joy," the prelude to the last movement of Beethoven’s ninth symphony. The anthem officially is the "Ode to Joy," it really is an "ode to freedom" to a sense of community and to peace between the 25 countries which have decided to unite and to others which will freely decide to join them."

To note that "Ode to Joy" is not quite that innocent as people believe. The lyrics, by a man named Friedrich von Schiller, concern the entering of the shrine of a pagan goddess and the uniting of all men in brotherhood, by the power of magic. Indeed Europe is fast abandoning Christianity and moving with great speed into a pagan heathen society looking ever more to the "magic", how fitting its anthem. Even its proposed Constitution has deliberately made sure that no reference to God be included, thus denying its Christian foundation.

The EU constitution does not mention of Christianity as part of Europe’s cultural heritage, while at the same time, including references to the civilizations of Greece and Rome, and the philosophical heritage of the Enlightenment. EU government representatives excused this revisionist view of history by claiming any mention of Christian values would upset the Muslim population of the EU. What a lame excuse that convinces no one, just think, would the Muslim states avoid mentioning Islam in their constitution because it may upset the Christian living amongst them. What a pathetic excuse, the truth is that these pagans want to get rid of Christianity.

Again with the ancients ruling current times. One could say !

This is one attrocity the Roman Catholics can not claim credit for. In my opinion the English portion is stuffy and reminscent of something Victorian robber barons would have written. The American foundations working towards depopulation are still controled by the descendants of victorian robber barons. Whoever put it up was Anerican; based on the number of languages on the stones, the people who designed the stones had a narrow vision of humanity.
