Democrats refuse to stand for Pledge of Allegiance

I think that people have the right to freedom of speech.. that includes the right NOT to speak if you chose.

Since when is pledging allegiance to the flag mandatory? Really they should be pledging to the constitution but thats another story...

This has nothing to do with 'rejecting' the pledge. It was about not recognizing the Republican control of the preceedings.
