democratic underground sucks. lemme tell you that if there's a wolf in a sheep's costume, it's that forum. But there are those that try.. or at least there *were*

indymedia is a good site however. a little liberal for some of the more conservative types, but nonetheless a well-balanced site in terms of bringing objective information. AND as a bonus, they inform you on how to try to make a difference, which is not usually found in similarly famous places.

drudge kinda surprises me, too.

as for free republic and rush limbaugh? well, the freepers aren't all so bad... but RUSH?! even after the whole drug fiasco? wow man... some... people... just... don't... get... it (yet )
