Do we have alien powers?

Is it true that we,humans have psychic powers?Do we just have to unlock our minds to it? And do we really have minds like aliens and we just have to unlock our full potential? For me this question is un-answered.Can anyone give any detail to this?

I tend to agree with George. It is well known that we as humans only active use up to 10% of our brain in any given setting or time. Yeah i know we only use 10% of our brains but my question is how? when? can we unlock the rest of out 90%?Can we really teleport? And are geniuses like Einstein use 20% of his melon? This question i myself cannot answer

Sorry just re-updated that link...take a look again. From my point of view as a skeptic, it takes practice. Nothing more. Pure concentration and meditation. Some shamans say it requires OOBE's ( out of body experiences), some don't. it depends on the person. Some will go a fully spiritual route some won't. From what i have seen, it is all up to you and your beliefs. We all have a form of psychic ability we use EVERYDAY. It is called intuition.

Well, the fact that you think we only use 10% of our brains leaves you open to "out there" notions of "alien brains" and the complete and total myth of telekinesis.

Read what i said...at ANY ONE TIME. And obviuosly the U.S. Military was wasting time and effort on researching and developing psychic powers ( remote viewing, etc.) just so they could spend money.

While i agree that we have much to learn about our minds , it is my understanding that the statement " we as humans only active use up to 10% of our brain in any given setting or time. " .... is a commonly expressed myth.

The implication is that the other 90% could be used for telekinesis , remote viewing , clairvoyance etc ...... correct ?

Brain imaging research has shown that a considerable portion of our brain is active when performing most daily functions.

But this should not detract from our quest to understand the curiosities which stand at the fringes of science and current knowledge.

Well it has been reported that we humans originally had 12 strands of DNA, instead of the two now. We lost them because they were genetically engineered out reportedly, but that is all speculation.

10% is used for daily processes , yes. Concentrated tasked use a tad more but for the most part the MAJORITY of the brain process isn't in use at any one time. Memories are constantly formed, in a very unobtrusive and unreadable way according to brainscans. So using today's tech to say that we know how 70-90% of our brains work is a fallacy. We don't even know HOW our brain holds an electrical charge.BTW good point

First this is the kind of post usually placed in the Gray Area…oh wait this is the Gray Area!

You have an incredible amount of ‘inherent’ knowledge stored in your mind. In fact though you will disagree you already know the answers to the questions you are searching for and have always known the answers to the questions you are asking.

You just aren’t conscious that you are, subconsciously everything you would like to know and be able to in theory do is locked inside of you.

Some people who get deep into the spiritual, the metaphysical, ruling bloodlines and aliens will refer to humans suffering a ‘Veil of Confusion’ that is placed on them to disassociate from inherent knowledge so you can ‘learn’ this life’s lessons from what some might say an ‘open’ unbiased standpoint where you aren’t relying on what you inherently know for the benefit of your own long term spiritual growth.

Others will say you are ‘enslaved’ into this fog by powers in the universe that use humans as slaves and foods…

The truth in my humble opinion is that this dissociation starts almost at birth first through familiar conditioning as Mom and Dad begin to define the world for you and your role in it, then Religions in some cases further that dissociation as you are taught to believe in myths regarding deities and supernatural forces, and your own limitations as opposed to these deities and supernatural forces and then the government itself steps in and defines to you what is ‘normal’ and ‘acceptable’ in the way of ‘perception’, ‘behavior’ and ‘social norms’.

By the time you begin to reach your formative years you have been programmed by all the other humans around you to believe that you are (a.) supposed to behave in certain ways (b.) believe in certain things (c.) not believe in certain things (d.) maintain these norms and most importantly (e.) not swim at least for one hour after eating something!

When I didn’t become paralyzed, sink in the swimming pool and drown right after eating half a bucket of fried chicken and a half a gallon of potato salad 5 minutes before diving into the pool I figured a., b., c., and d. were all nonsense too!

You have been programmed like a machine to trust not in your instincts and look deep within for answers and to open and strengthen that connection, but taught instead to trust in what others, and others in authority and who claim to speak with authority, are right and know for a fact that what is being programmed into you is correct.

You are never taught nor encouraged to discover yourself or your own through your own inherent knowledge and powers but in fact typically discouraged and taught not too for an assortment of reasons you are taught from the moment of birth.

The duality of the conscience mind the ying and the yang, the left and right hemispheres of your brain, the id and the ego are constantly in conflict as you struggle to deny your own instincts and to reach towards your inherent knowledge in your subconscious mind and those abilities instead to be engaged in an endless argument in regards to doing what you have been taught is right by others even though it does not feel right.

Because your conscious mind is in such a state of total flux and disagreement you can't align your conscious mind for any length of time or at all into harmony to where you can easily decide on that roast beef or ham sandwich for lunch even though your instincts are screaming ham gives you heartburn but your friend who invited you said try the ham sandwich it’s the best in town.

I am sure you can think of a million examples where you argue with yourself about almost everything before making what should be in reality simple natural decisions.

Because you are in such chaos consciously and not in harmony in your conscious mind, you can’t achieve harmony between your subconscious mind and your conscious mind which is what has to happen for you to begin to access and utilize your inherent knowledge.

Now while in theory it might seem evil that you have been programmed into this dissociated and diluted as in watered down, though you have also been deluded as in duped in this process…

Consider this, the chaos that fully empowered humans could cause by exercising those powers prematurely, selfishly, rashly or impetuously.

Eventually human kind will evolve further into using more of their own inherent powers as they learn to empathize, get along and play well with others, and not make such rash and emotionally based decisions.

Finally I will leave you with this, you can reconnect, by finding harmony in your conscience mind, learning to truly believe without emotional internal argument almost everything, and I mean everything including the fact promise really is butter and doesn’t just taste like it is a lie.

As long as you believe all the lies that are programmed into you, you will never reach your full human potential or universal one…

However, should you choose to attempt to overcome all the obstacles in your way and reconnect with yourself, you will no longer be able to pretend the lies you now accept as the truth are the truth.

Your reality will forever change, your potential and capability shall forever change, but the people who have been painstakingly programmed all around you will not longer be like you and you will no longer be like them.

One or two of them might follow you over the course of a lifetime to joining you in a higher state of conciseness and awareness but most will think you are crazy because you do not believe what they do, and even if you can pretend that you do just to make them feel comfortable, you won’t feel comfortable no matter how you put them at ease, because you simply will not be able to fit into the herd and you won’t be able to identify with how the herd things, why it thinks that way, and why it does what it does.

Your reality changes forever, theirs stays just the same.

Be very careful what you wish for in life friend as you just might get it because there are in fact things inside of you that you don’t want to know about or deal with, which is why you let everyone lie to you in the first place.

Once you let the Jeanie our of the bottle you can’t put it back in, you can’t forget, and it looks nothing like Barbara Eden and to top it off you will at that point whether you like it or not be and have to accept you are a Master and if you think being a slave is a tough job…oh boy…

I agree with most of what you said especially the part where you state that we already posses all the answers to all the questions we have ever asked and will ask.We have simply forgotten most of our knowledge that is engraved in our DNA due to conditions beyond our control a long time ago.We access this knowledge of the universe via our intuition is what i believe.

We can awaken all the knowledge we hold in our subconscious if we evolve biologically.I have found a way to do this and it is very simple.I have also found a way to hasten our biological and spiritual evolution to a speed not considered possible at this time.In months.In weeks even.Compared to the theory that evolution takes thousands of years.

It does take thousands of years if your body and mind does not receive a certain ammount of a 3 very important parts of their physical existence.Omega 3 fatty acids.It is so simple it is hard to believe for most people but i have proved it to be true by experimenting on myself without any harmful side effects.Natural diet is all it takes to take us to the next level in human evolution.

Once you integrate the missing pieces of the puzzle into yourself you will see the whole picture that is you.

In all of this having faith in oneself is the most important trait that god wanted us to have.

Yes we do have hidden alien powers.Telekinesis is one of those powers and i have personally have seen it in action.No tricks or optical illusions.In your face truth.It is nothing amazing once you get used to it.I have yet to learn,or remember,the purpose of it.It appears that it is a form of a invisible electromagnetic energy that connects us with everything and everyone.If we are strong enough we can use this energy to disassemble and assemble matter at will but that point in our evolution is at least 10 years ahead of most people at this time if they start implementing the missing pieces of themselves into themselves right now.To open the door one must have the key.The keys lie in nature.In the form of omega 3 fatty acids.Balance is everything.Without it we die relatively soon.With it we are immortal both physically and spiritually but a complete balance is not quick or easy to achieve.

You just have to take your best shot and guess.Learn from trial and error.Life is a amazing journey of the unknown.The one gods would kill for because they have left that path a long time ago and now despair for their lives have lost their meaning.They know everything,to be able to do anything at will, and to live forever means to live a life without meaning.

As for the theory that we use only 10% of our brain,that is not very accurate.What is accurate is that most people only use 10% of their POTENTIAL and not 10% of their brain.

Imagine that you are driving a car that can go up to 100 miles per hour but you are only driving it 10 miles per hour and you are holding a lot of people back because of it.

Your engine is making so much noise that you do not hear them telling you to get out of the way.

That is how the average human brain functions.Slow and holds everyone back.

Human brain is capable of some amazing things as i have experienced it personally.I have proof but will not post it because most of humanity is not yet evolved enough to see the truth without their loud engine that is their ego getting in their way.At this point they will only see what they want to see and what they have been tought to see.Lies and threat everywhere.

When your mind opens then you will know the truth when you see it and you will seek no material evidence of it.The truth is not out there.It is within you.You have to let it out.

Yes. Some of us are higher dimensional beings projecting a part of our consciousness into this 3rd dimensional reality. We are still connected to our higher "home" dimension. There is a channel of communication both w/ our higher selves, w/ our "spirit guides," & w/ other beings. So, the more open one's channel is, the more information one can get from the higher dimensions. To open your channel, I would suggest meditation, avoiding things that will keep you asleep (meat, alcohol, TV, fluoride, sugar, preservatives, etc), gathering as much knowledge as possible, & prayer. Ask your spirit guides for help. Pay attention when you feel drawn to something, or a song pops into your head, etc.

No, we don't have alien powers:

Alien = otherworldly, or not of this planet.

Powers = abilities or skills apart from those commonly utilized by like species.

I'm not even certain that we have HUMAN powers, given that the vast abilities of the human brain are far from having been mapped out and quantified.

Regardless of where a person might strongly feel their soul or awareness "came" from, those of us that were born of human parents, are human.

I don't consider facets of ESP to be a power, in that I think there's sufficient evidence to strongly suggest that all or nearly everyone has some degree of this. I think it's a natural offshoot of our evolutionary instincts.

An animal example: I walk up to my closed front door, and most times our cats will be there waiting for me. How did they know? Did they: hear me? Smell me ( a strong possibility lol)? Sense me? All of the above? They just KNOW. They don't seem to question it, it's just a natural ability they have, along with other heightened senses.

Every once in a while over the course of my life, I have made a four-cornered structure out of aluminum foil, placed it on a needle sticking out of a cork such that it can spin freely, covered it with a jar or glass and tried to make it turn with my mind. I believe I was successful once. It's an interesting experiment. If I got to where I could do this regularly, I would consider it similar to building muscle by working out. Even so, a power? naaaah.

I'd very much like to see a demonstration of real, human powers. I'd like to believe that they exist; I've not yet seen such. psi balls? maybe, although -- as was said in the movie "The Edge" -- "what one [person] can do, another can do."

Alien powers? How does one quantify that? Something apart from every facet of humanity?
