#1:Most if not all states incorporated long ago

#2:The U.S.Incorporated during Lincoln,I think.

#3:Without a sound monetary system, there can be no constitutionality, the constitution requires something of intrinsic value, and that congress mints the money and determines the value thereof....

A lot of you need to pull your head out of the sand, and recognize that you are paying for your rights like your drivers licenses.

You pay a fee for your priveledge to remain out of jail,or in your house,or to drive your car or go fishing.

These scumbags take your money and provide as little as possible as far as services.

Just wait until they enact Universal Health Insurance, one of the biggest, most fascist scams in history, leaving the old and infirm without health care after they have been paying into for their entire lives.

It's only about money,stupid.

People who have less than a certain amount of money do not matter.

Nevermind, the silly people who are young and strong and don't need medical care yet,the ones who could make the difference, will sit back and call all the old people who have no health care Whiners.

Careful,don't look too far ahead.............

Please explain to me how if a state goes broke they automatically loose all of their rights afforded them under the US constitution and their own constitutions? Please give me a detailed and well researched explanation on how that bull plop is even possible.

The GOP for the last 8 years has crammed fear down our collective throats and now that they don't have any power they just switched to megaphones to get their fear agenda out.

Not one of them has ever produced substantial proof of the tripe they are trying to get us to swallow, they are just using any fear tactic they possibly can to make people afraid enough of the democrats to get them re elected.

It's propaganda pure and simple and I ain't buying this load of horse poo.

its no propaganda, what it is though, is something that most people in the united states dont realize.
the united states is a CORPORATION. so if each state goes bankrupt. they lose there states rights and now are imprisioned to the federal government mandate. wish i could find this information on utube, as it blew my mind, to realize that our country is a corporation. so the states for as long as they can remain states keep there constitution rights, but when they go bankrupt SHAZAM guess what? yep under federal jurisdiction. that is why you dont want to see states go belly up

and that is the reason arnold i am a loser swazza'n-word' is in a mad rush to belly up california. if you dont beleive me just google united states the big corporation on utube. anyhow got my two cents in as my umbrella is up!

I view it as fear mongering by the democrats! Here in Cali the republicans refuse to raise taxes any further, so the democrats come out with all of this 'we're going to go bankrupt!' 'the states economy will collapse!' 'no more welfare!' just so they can scare us into accepting more taxes.
Now, after voting down tax increases, they are attacking that vote, saying 'only 28% of californians voted' as if the special election meant nothing, and are vowing to push tax increases through.

Extra large white buses, lots of windows but all blocked out in white coverings. 3 giant air conditioners on the top. Don't think they'd spend that for prisoners, probably mobile headquarters. Just thought I'd share, since I have never seen these have any on you?

But surprisingly US troops aren't rounding everyone up and sending them off to the gulags.

Anymore I don't think anyone's gulag labor is too valuable. Also I get the impression that forcing people to starve to death is considered inhumane.

Wouldn't you rather die in place from some epidemic or poorly made vaccine?

Also, people's organs are worth good money. So many people go missing in this country each year who will miss a few more. I always wondered why it seemed so necessary to collect everybodies' DNA.

People will kill you for the money in your wallet, what if a rich person needs a transplant?

In case you think this is improbable, where do you think all the human skeletons for medical schools come from. India.

How about a simple solution first.

Cut all state pensions, health care, and the governmental working force by at least 60%.

Then shut down at least 3 days a week the non-emergency services.

What do you mean cut state pensions? You mean anyone who worked for the state for many years and has a measly retirement? State workers, at the very most, draw 50 percent of what their wages were. You have to meet a "rule of 90" to even do that, which means your age plus years of service have to equal 90, and your pension is chipped away for however far away you are from 90. So if you retire at say, 30 percent of your wages, about 900 per month for someone who earned 40K per year, their pension should be cut to 300 per month? Gee that is generous of you.

You know what the problem REALLY is? We're stupid. We want sky high standards in education and other state services, but we don't want to pay for them. When was the last time anybody got elected advocating a tax increase?

On the other hand, if you talk about cutting taxes, in spite of how impractical and unwise it would be, we get all excited. Because it means MORE MONEY IN MY POCKET RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

And that's what we want. We demand everything but are appalled that we actually have to pay for it. And anyone who says otherwise is committing political suicide. We'll LABEL him, by golly, and then we'll feel superior.

Stupid is stupid. Stupid, by nature, doesn't have the ability to see it's stupid. and so it will continue until the pain level gets really, REALLY high.

#2:The U.S.Incorporated during Lincoln,I think.

This is FALSE. The US became incorporated when they wrote the constitution.

I used to run my own business. And one thing that every corporation needs is articles of formation or a corporate constitution.

Remember the ARTICLES of Confederation, which was replaced by the US. CONSTITUTION?

The United States is nothing more than a corporation. That's why they elect a PRESIDENT (like corporations do), and chairman of the board (Congress).

When you even look this up on Wikipedia, they say that the U.S. Government is a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. Last time I checked all non-profits have to organize as corporate entities. So, guess what? The United States of America is nothing more than a Non-Profit Organization that was founded in 1777. Their jurisdiction/property is only Washington, D.C.

They had to BUY land from Maryland and Virginia to do it. If they owned all this land, they wouldn't have to BUY it from other corporate entities (the STATES).

All it takes is a stroke of a pen for a state to be 'bought out' by another corporate entity. This happens everyday to other corporations, so why not to the states and the fed?

The real question should be...who OWNS these non-profit organizations called States and the US. Gov't?

Because every corporation has an owner, regardless of who presides over it as the manager/director/president...

Think about that, people...

The Treaty of 1783 was a 'peace treaty' to end the war. If the USA won the Revolutionary War, then why did we sign a peace treaty with our OWNERS?

It's like the 13 colonies were the children of Great Britain. They wanted to be recognized as 'free and independent', like all children wish to be one day. But in the end, that doesn't mean that our PARENTS don't have some type of entitlement over us.

If you ask me...the USA is still property of the UK.

Don't be worried about US Troops. If anything you should be concerned with Homeland Security and the NLE scheduled for late July. I was just looking this thing up and found this.
Google Cache from pdf

Five Year Exercise Schedule
Based on strategic direction and policy priorities
Sets forth goals, themes, and schedule slots for NLEs, PLEs
May involve progressive level of detail (implementation plan issue)
Requires process for discouraging changes less than two fiscal years out
(implementation plan issue)
Submitted by June 30 each year (in time for budget call)
Allows for departments and agencies to align other exercises,
training activities, and preparatory reviews of policies, plans,
and procedures

So this NLE is actually has to do with the budget.

The S & L situation in 1985-92 cost the US banks 1.4 Trillion, Japan about 1.7+ Trillion and billions and billions all over the world. The sub prime loses were about 1 Trillion but Wall street sold half of the trash over the world and they got stuck. So our loses were 500 billion. So this alone does not explain today's situation. It is in the derivatives market the damage came. I don't buy a fuzzy story for this kind of damage. The best story I ran into was they used this crap as a cover for wire transfers to national security accounts in Pakistan. These accounts were froze by the World Court and IMF.

Interesting the Great Depression was said to be caused by the federal reserve selling stock and locking up the cash and refused loans. It t is hard to say if today's situation was planed. It seems so but they made unexpected errors in judgment from what I see from their actions.

This system will crash due to legal acts from the courts. That is due to the S & L lawsuits coming from the 1985-92. They have known this for years. That is why the FEMA camps and military training.

Here is how the United States of America went bankrupt: 1. The war on drugs. If you have a brain that still conducts electricity and thoughts then you know the War on Drugs is a blackhole sucking up money from 2 sources. A. The Americans who use drugs and spend a decent amount of the monies they earn on those drugs thus not putting a decent amount into the economy, and when they are caught there is work missed which means less money on their paycheck and after the court appearance there are fines to be paid which means less money from a paycheck that is already smaller. B. The Americans who do not use drugs but instead pay taxes to help fund the War on Drugs. And in case you do not know here is a description of the War on Drugs: The Federal Government pays alphabet agencies, CIA , ATF for example, to seize andor buy drugs from other countries , the borders of the U.S. , or citizens who have them in their possession. These drugs are then redistributed onto the streets of America. A war not meant to be won.

Um.. actually Karen Bass (D) said this just a few days ago...

Question: “How do you think conservative talk radio has affected the Legislature’s work?”

Answer: "The Republicans were essentially threatened and terrorized against voting for revenue. Now [some] are facing recalls. They operate under a terrorist threat: “You vote for revenue and your career is over.” I don’t know why we allow that kind of terrorism to exist. I guess it’s about free speech, but it’s extremely unfair."

These are the type of people voted in. Be afraid, be very afraid.

2. Tax breaks for big corporations and the rich people of America. This is the dumbest thing a government could possibly do the people who vote them into office and sign their paychecks. Follow closely. There are more middle and lower class families in America than upper class. The government thinks it is more profitable to tax the middle and lower classes since there ARE more, but here's the catch: by relying on the poor the government brings in less money in the longrun since more taxes on a poor majority means that majority will be spend less in the economy. That means less sales tax in every state and believe me that missing sales tax DOES add up at the end of the fiscal year. Since less money is spent in the economy, businesses nationwide bring in less therefore the businesses pay less taxes. And while all this is happening the owners of these businesses maintain their personal profits because they were given a tax break. Some business owners want more so they close up shop and move their business....

The U.S. Corporate-ocray today is a dictatorship being run by Goldman Sachs, the private Federal Reserve, and Geithner since the Quit Coup of Sept. 18th, 2009. We need a message to be received by some US military Generals: we need another coup, this time a military coup. Whenever over half the voters can vote to live off the productive; Civilization collapses. Us productive have to support the government "workers" too. I am finished; I have no more blood to spare; I am taxed out NOW. Democracy takes too long to correct anything. And like in democratic Iran, the losers can be shot or here: taxed to death... as with democracy the voters who lose have agreed to go along with whoever wins, even if that side decides to shot them! We need a benevolent dictator now. I am willing to work with the military if it is going to take us back to the original Constitution. Welfare people need to go to the FEMA camps. Most illegals will flood back to their country of origin. When military takes over, we can reveal the area 51 new developements and their Ayn Rand's John Galts can come out from hiding.

These busses are very common where I live , which is close to the Mexican border in Arizona. Here, they are used to transport undocumented ' aliens ' to processing centers, and then ( the Mexicans ) back to the border. OTMs ( other than Mexicans ) are taken to camps and I don't know where after that... Sometimes, these busses enter Fort Huachuca ( an army intelligence and communications facility which is also known for the training of interrogators,,, waterboarding ? ), and one can't help but wonder if those going into the Fort are middle eastern or sw asian... Hope they're ok.

Anyway the busses are as you describe, but- usually the only government markings are thye license plate, which reads ' DHS ' .

... to another country and in the end spend less on payroll and benefits while now selling an inferior product that will eventually get replaced by another inferior product. These businesses no longer operate in the U.S. so they now have a bank account in another country and therefore do not pay as taxes on the money that is earned at said businesses. And since these businesses no longer operate in America, there are more Americans without jobs, which means less taxes being paid on both the State and Federal levels. Outsourcing has done its part in bankrupting America.

Additionally, don't overlook the successful coup of Nov of '63. What happened to the Silver Certificate & JFK's United States Notes which did require interest payments to the private Federal Reserve slave System. Any WWIII with Islam/Muslims probably has more to do with them not wanting Central Banks collecting interest payment for the Elite than any religious issues! Christianity has sold its sole to the devil's Corporate System (which does not represent the public/slaves) by adopting usury... which makes all slaves who have to pay endless interest charges to use their Money Supply. Usury is what really creates greed and most of the problems in this world; including most wars. A U.S. military coup done correctly/legally would not have to be violent. There is enough criminal conspiracy existing that criminal/unlawful actions have been done by the Federal Reserve; if there is not... well time has proven since 1913 this was the dumbest thing that the U.S. ever did!
