Please explain to me how if a state goes broke they automatically loose all of their rights afforded them under the US constitution and their own constitutions? Please give me a detailed and well researched explanation on how that bull plop is even possible.

The GOP for the last 8 years has crammed fear down our collective throats and now that they don't have any power they just switched to megaphones to get their fear agenda out.

Not one of them has ever produced substantial proof of the tripe they are trying to get us to swallow, they are just using any fear tactic they possibly can to make people afraid enough of the democrats to get them re elected.

It's propaganda pure and simple and I ain't buying this load of horse poo.

its no propaganda, what it is though, is something that most people in the united states dont realize.
the united states is a CORPORATION. so if each state goes bankrupt. they lose there states rights and now are imprisioned to the federal government mandate. wish i could find this information on utube, as it blew my mind, to realize that our country is a corporation. so the states for as long as they can remain states keep there constitution rights, but when they go bankrupt SHAZAM guess what? yep under federal jurisdiction. that is why you dont want to see states go belly up

and that is the reason arnold i am a loser swazza'n-word' is in a mad rush to belly up california. if you dont beleive me just google united states the big corporation on utube. anyhow got my two cents in as my umbrella is up!

I view it as fear mongering by the democrats! Here in Cali the republicans refuse to raise taxes any further, so the democrats come out with all of this 'we're going to go bankrupt!' 'the states economy will collapse!' 'no more welfare!' just so they can scare us into accepting more taxes.
Now, after voting down tax increases, they are attacking that vote, saying 'only 28% of californians voted' as if the special election meant nothing, and are vowing to push tax increases through.

#2:The U.S.Incorporated during Lincoln,I think.

This is FALSE. The US became incorporated when they wrote the constitution.

I used to run my own business. And one thing that every corporation needs is articles of formation or a corporate constitution.

Remember the ARTICLES of Confederation, which was replaced by the US. CONSTITUTION?

The United States is nothing more than a corporation. That's why they elect a PRESIDENT (like corporations do), and chairman of the board (Congress).

When you even look this up on Wikipedia, they say that the U.S. Government is a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. Last time I checked all non-profits have to organize as corporate entities. So, guess what? The United States of America is nothing more than a Non-Profit Organization that was founded in 1777. Their jurisdiction/property is only Washington, D.C.

They had to BUY land from Maryland and Virginia to do it. If they owned all this land, they wouldn't have to BUY it from other corporate entities (the STATES).

All it takes is a stroke of a pen for a state to be 'bought out' by another corporate entity. This happens everyday to other corporations, so why not to the states and the fed?

The real question should be...who OWNS these non-profit organizations called States and the US. Gov't?

Because every corporation has an owner, regardless of who presides over it as the manager/director/president...

Think about that, people...

The Treaty of 1783 was a 'peace treaty' to end the war. If the USA won the Revolutionary War, then why did we sign a peace treaty with our OWNERS?

It's like the 13 colonies were the children of Great Britain. They wanted to be recognized as 'free and independent', like all children wish to be one day. But in the end, that doesn't mean that our PARENTS don't have some type of entitlement over us.

If you ask me...the USA is still property of the UK.

Don't be worried about US Troops. If anything you should be concerned with Homeland Security and the NLE scheduled for late July. I was just looking this thing up and found this.
Google Cache from pdf
Five Year Exercise Schedule
Based on strategic direction and policy priorities
Sets forth goals, themes, and schedule slots for NLEs, PLEs
May involve progressive level of detail (implementation plan issue)
Requires process for discouraging changes less than two fiscal years out
(implementation plan issue)
Submitted by June 30 each year (in time for budget call)
Allows for departments and agencies to align other exercises,
training activities, and preparatory reviews of policies, plans,
and procedures

So this NLE is actually has to do with the budget.
