The fact that the Court’s four more liberal members would affirm the Second Circuit shows that Judge Sotomayor’s views were far from
outlandish and put her in line with Judge Souter, who she will replace scotusblog
SCOTUS business as usual imo, it seems that SC Justices have all now become mere puppet extensions of their respective political parties and the
original vision, of an independent judiciary, has all but been lost.
The timing and nature of this 'decision' could not be more transparent.
Btw, for the record I happen to agree with the decision, I just wish these folk would use their own minds rather than those of their political
masters.
