too late for someone i knew...

fingers crossed man. my grandpa died of this and my other grandpa is dieing from this and my neighbor died from this and another should die any day and a family friends of mine did.... sooooo many lives will be saved with this

I'll be absolutely shocked if this is available before methods of exploitation of the process are well thought out and implemented.

I'm sorry, but even if it is a cure, it will never see the light of day. There's no profit in curing diseases. Cancer is one of the Pharmaceuticals most profitable diseases. Do you really think they are going to let that go? Let's compare apples to apples here. Pharma is the Big Oil in the medical world. Can you see the correlation? Disease is a business, and it makes them money. They will never allow it to end because of a cure-all for any of their money makers. Think of the Pharma as the Pimp, and the Disease as the Whore.

Can it kill all kinds of cancer? Would human cancer even kill a mouse?

Anyway, it SOUNDS good. Maybe, just maybe, it will be true and the people will be able to get it. And it will be easy to make and treat to somebody so it wont be too expensive.
If they dont release it. Maybe one good doctor will some how get some of it, find out how to replicate it, and be a roaming doctor who treats patients with cancer.
Or open his own little business to treat cancer people.

Now we just need a way to cure diarrhea. Since it is more responible for more deaths then AIDS!!!

Some very interesting stuff. The idea of using one virus of bacterium to kill another has been around for a while and the research into it is growing rapidly. I hope to see more and more cures for age old diseases coming along soon.

This is amazing...all the various forms of disease could possible be eradicated. However, this world kill Big Pharma's various cash cows.

but with Obama's new healthcare plan if you dont meet the criteria he sets forth you wont receive the cure. ONly sent home to die, knowing theres a cure, its just not for you.

Even if its not that, the same thing that happened with the AIDS vaccine will happen with this, it will be hid and only available to a select few for the price of millions of dollars.
I.E. notice how often you heard of AIDS a while back and how often it's talked baout now. Besides, look at Magic Johnson, that guy has had HIV for almost 20 years and is still kickin, doesnt even show the signs of having AIDS. thats a conspiracy in itself

Just imagine for a moment what the world would be like if cancer were cured. Millions - possibly billions - of people who would otherwise die wouldn't, and the worldwide population would skyrocket. You'd see people living well past 100 years, maybe to 150, 200, and beyond. New and severe limits to human reproduction would have to be brutally enforced - the population control policies of China would seem mild by comparison.

What is most horrifying is that while cancer would no longer exist, most of the other ailments and difficulties of old age would. An enormous amount of mankind's resources, time, and energy would have to be devoted to caring for the increasing multitudes of elderly who, without cancer, would continue to breathe. I say breathe because, with bodies so emaciated and frail, you wouldn't call them living.

If you think about it, a cure for cancer may turn out to be the cruelest invention ever devised.
