So I am never sure if you are serious.......maybe an ornerey streak a mile wide!

The authority's frame people as pedophiles all the time, they call it "pedofied" and they do it because they can get away with murder by pedofying someone they want dead.
I am a witness as well as a victim of these tactics and I have them admitting to it on a audio file.
It's the easiest thing in the world for authority's to frame someone as a pedophile.
They can hack your computer and upload you know what on your computer and the next day the sheriff's are kicking down your door and charging you as a pedo, and it's your word against there's.
It's there faverite way to kill people because they die as the bad guy's and the authority's that framed them look like the good guy's.
If someone in authority has it out for you they will give you a criminal record without you ever being charged or going to court.
They will put something like "under investigation for child porn" on your record.
Good luck getting a job now, and a prospective employer will not tell you that's on your record, they simply wont hire you.
If you find out about it and complain to authority they will simply pretend error.
If they want you dead, then they will "investigate" you by going to your neighborhood and go door to door giving your description but not your name claiming there looking for a pedophile in the neighborhood.
They do this KNOWING it will give you a reputation, the kind of reputation that will get you shot.
Sometimes they pedofy people already behind prison walls by simply telling other prisoners behind your back that your a pedophile.
Don't you think the prisoners will kill someone which they believe is a pedophile?
Don't you think the accusation by a prison guard behind your back is good enough for someone in the shower to stab you?
The authority's don't have to formally charge you as a pedophile to frame you as one, the accusation alone is good enough in this country to get you killed and authority's hands are clean.
I already have authority's on an audio file admitting they pedofy people they want dead for the purpose of getting away with murder.
They don't even care if I tell any one about it because when it comes down to it, who's going to arrest them?

I am not a KGB agent - just a Russian female and a chance visitor here who followed the link from the Michael Jackson forum. As someone who has recently become a supporter of Michael Jackson can I also have my say?

Firstly, I have never heard a crazier rumor than that electro-magnetic assassination theory quoted in one of the replies here. Not to miss something important I even followed the FSB link provided in the article and searched their website for that particular information. Needless to say I found NOTHING AT ALL – the search for the words related to the story did not even produce the NAME of Michael Jackson, not to mention everything else. It is simply incredible how far some people’s imagination takes them – the author of that story should be taken to a lunatic asylum for treatment (I hope it is not considered an insult).

Secondly, in accusations against Michael Jackson the Russian press was (and is) only mimicking what is made up by the American mass media and IF I HAD KNOWN BEFORE how those news stories are made I would surely have given Michael at least the benefit of the doubt. The method of making the news is simply disgusting and coupled with all that money extortion and suing produces the impression of a complete nightmare. I never expected things to be that bad – is money the only God America is praying to? (sorry again)

I am very appreciative of Silo13’s effort to unravel the truth – and with no money reward too – just for free - for the truth only… Actually the truth is indeed the ONLY thing that matters and is worth fighting for and Silo will surely know what to tell God when the day comes to go before Him.

After reading Mrs.Fischer's article (and also Michael Jackson's speech at Oxford University)I fully side with those of you who think Michael was completely innocent. But I’ve noticed that even those who do not believe those crazy charges against Michael still seem to be a little uneasy about why Michael would take anyone into his bed.

But let me ask you a question - why do you think it was HIM who took them to his bed? Why do you rule out the possibility of THEM pleading him to allow them to sleep in their beloved idol’s bed while he (as he often said in his interviews) would sleep on the floor? For many of Michael’s fans it would be their most cherished dream come true if he allowed them to do anything like that – and remember that those boys were his die-hard FANS, who were head over heals in love with him…

Just imagine your own shrill if you had an opportunity to sleep close to your idolized star, let us say Marylin Monroe or Brad Pitt? Knowing that Michael allowed those children to do whatever they pleased in his ranch I think they could sometimes come to a point when the children would start pleading ‘Oh, please, Michael, please!’ and he wouldn't have the heart to refuse them as being innocent as he was and a true believer in God he did not see any harm in it at all. I do not know how it sounds to you – but for me as a fan of Michael it sounds very much all right…

Why boys only? Don’t you see he was a boy himself and liked playing boyish games with his buddies – just look at those food fights in his private videos or Macaulay Culkin throwing water balloons from the balcony (not that I approve of it). And would it have been better if it had been girls instead?

Now why wouldn’t these boys SAY point blank now that it was THEM who insisted on sleeping in Michael’s bed thus finally ruining him in the eyes of the people? But guess what the mass media will say if they make a confession like that? Am I imagining things or will they immediately point to their homosexual inclinations from early childhood and nail them down as hard-core gays for the rest of their lives? And ruin THEIR lives too by turning those confessions into other crazy stories?

Knowing all that won’t they prefer to take a ‘no, thank you’ attitude instead? Which is a great pity as we would very much need them to speak up.

To truly understand the context of Michael Jackson’s death, it is necessary to see it within the context of his life. For over 25 years from 1993, Michael was subjected to accusations of child molestation by Tom Sneddon and the (mostly)American media. Thinking they had the biggest Jekyll/Hyde story of the century, a ratings-obsessed press went after Michael without observation of facts or motive, becoming a tangible ‘intent-to-harm’ machine in the process. First, the tabloids and on-line sites such as Smoking Gun speculated endlessly about the 1993 allegations, this would then be picked up by the mainstream press and TV networks. Together with the then District Attorney Tom Sneddon - who unoffically fed the media with illegally obtained legal documents and ‘off-record’ quotes, these formidable pressures systematically eroded Michael’s mental, physical and emotional health and profoundly damaged his once stratospheric career. Now routinely spoken about in the news as a drug addict, Michael may well have had existing limiting tendencies, but he was most certainly ‘helped’ along his way to chronic dependency. I refer readers to read Brian Oxman’s article in the Huffington Post, Thomas Mesereau’s public statements and Aphrodite Jones’s compelling book ‘The Michael Jackson Conspiracy’. All are articulate and intelligent individuals of known integrity. They have all gone on record in a clear and undeniable way to state that both sets of molestation allegations against Michael were completely false. All over the world there are millions of fans (and non-fans) who have watched Michael’s embattled journey for over 25 years. I believe they need to know there is action they can take now that will make a difference to the nature of Michael’s legacy. Please contact either/or all of these: Thomas Mesereau, Aphrodite Jones, Geraldo, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee, Mary A. Fischer and Spike Lee by email or letter; stating in an articulate way your support for Resolution 600 / and or your wider desire to be a part of the growing worldwide movement for Michael’s name to be decisively vindicated. These advocates need to know their continuing efforts are supported by public opinion and they need your help. A simple google of any of their names will direct you to either their office locations or bring up their email addresses. I think it’s also worth nothing at this point during the early 1990’s, while Tom Sneddon was spending millions and using valuable Californian police manpower travelling the world actively searching for ‘victims’ of Michael Jackson, a young Jaycee Dugard was abducted in his jurisdiction - her captivity would last 18 years. I do not believe it is an academic question to now ask whether an inquiry as to whether Sneddon’s persistent attempts to prosecute the then, biggest pop star on the planet, clouded his judgement as to deciding the best way of using taxpayer’s resources. It remains to be seen whether this becomes a matter for informed public debate.

Michael-I hope now you can rest in peace in heaven instead of being constantly tortured in life. I grew up listening to Michael Jackson and hanging posters of him in my room as MILLIONS of fans did. His true fans very much knew Michael was innocent of these outrageous charges. Michael was an abused child mentally and physically. He broke that cycle and that does not happen often. He never had a childhood so when he could he just wanted to have his youth. He did more than any celebrity for so many underprivileged/sick children everywhere, he opened up Neverland to all these sick and poor children so they could have some type of childhood with fun and normalcy even if for a day. He did ALL of this for the children as he couldn't imagine not even ONE child being hurt, sick, abused etc. I can only imagine having such a wonderful father in my life (as I sure did not). Michael used to reserve 400 tickets for each show on his tours for children who otherwise would never have gotten to see him!

1st -Extortion--per articles he was upset because he wanted Michael to finance some scripts he had written or help secure a deal for him and when Michael didn't do this in his time frame or realized he was being used that's when the assassination started. The accuser and his family hailed Michael as such a wonderful person. The accuser vehemently denied any type of wrong doing by Michael then all of a sudden made up these rehearsed or planted accusations. I am sorry but if that happened to my child I would want justice not cash!
2nd -Michael was absolutely railroaded and harassed constantly by Tom Sneddon for over 10 years along with a journalist named Diane Dimond. The jury had already acquitted Michael of all charges, which from what I understand in this country we are"Innocent until proven guilty" however from the start it was the other way around for Michael and even after he was proven innocent they still harassed him and made his life a living hell!! These people should also be reprimanded for what they did. The accuser and his father should be prosecuted for extortion and re-pay the amount of the settlement plus all the attorney fees that Michael incurred. Michael would not have had all the financial issues, hurt, pain and stigma of having to live with this the rest of his life if this didn't happen. He never got over the betrayal.
3rd-It is very well know the accusations from both children kept changing depending on who they spoke to. Jordan in particular gave a description of Michaels' private parts which I can only imagine would have to be one of the most embarrassing and horrifying experiences especially with as shy and childlike as Michael was. The descriptions DID NOT match!! right there everyone should have known this kid was lying!!. Now Jordy admits he lied and wants forgiveness? If Michael was such a threat to children then how come he was able to have children of his own with NO interference from The division of family services? Michael had hundreds of thousands of children over and NO other complaints, that speaks volumes of his innocence!

Michael Jackson was an unbelievable artist, singer, dancer, humanitarian and father. His heart and soul are so precious, he will be missed. He would do anything for anyone, so trusting and ultimately so betrayed. There is no way Michael could ever fathom hurting anyone let alone a child. I have never seen anyone with as PURE a heart as he had. I am thankful the fans had the time we did although it was cut short. He left an amazing legacy for his children. I hope they release his unpublished songs for all to enjoy. I also pray we get the truth on what really happened when he passed and they are punished as well. My thoughts and prayers are with his children. I believe Michael has been vindicated!
Now I can only hope the people that did this pay for it! I also wish all the other crazy rumors would stop. Let him finally be at peace!

I also want Michael's name vindicated once and for all. I think his name needs to be cleared asap. Also when reviewing all the information, it was not just little boys that had sleep overs there were also girls there, the parents were there and GAVE permission for the children to sleep in his room. There isn't an issue with this because NOTHING went on!! They had slumber parties. I mean how awesome would it be to have a slumber party with your favorite celebrity?
Michael never recovered emotionally or physically and the drug use (prescriptions from doctors) I am sure was to try and take the pain away, plus I have read he did have some serious medical conditions. I have also read a book by Ian Halperin, which also has some good information..it is called "unmasked" The final years of Michael Jackson. I think it is also craziness that just because Michael did not go around screwing everything that walked that anyone has the right to talk about is sexuality or that it would even matter if he was heterosexual, homosexual or Asexual as he was a brilliant artist and humanitarian. Again at this point Michael's name needs to be cleared once and for all and everyone needs to enjoy him as a person and his wonderful artistry as a musician and dancer and let him FINALLY rest in peace!!

In my opinion, your words are showing us an insight into the life of Michael and I would bet everything I have on your words not only being correct, but true in every sense of the word. Every word truth, I’ve no doubt at all.

Exactly.
And then add into the equation you’re able to sit up all night whispering back and forth with your idol and friend Michael? Yes, this IMO is more than the truth but a very insightful piece if opinion and I appreciate your standing up and taking a chance on telling your version of the truth. I for one stand beside you on it as I think many others will also.

I also believe what mattered most to Michael is the people he loved, love him back, and beyond all that his *name* means nothing.

There will always be those who refuse the truth.

I truly believe the last person on earth (and beyond) that would want you feeling pain over this issue, is Michael himself.

So you rest too.

Seriously, I think he’d laugh, tell you not to worry, that he loves you, and then he’d probably ask if you wanted to go have a water balloon fight.

Keep those happy moments of his life in mind, believe in him as he believed in those around him, and feel his peace.

Hi I just wanted to say thanks for posting this article.
I've found plenty of stuff regarding the 2005 trial but have trouble finding stuff about the 93 allegations so thanks. This is very interesting.

Oh and also wanted to mention, girls slept in his room too. Marie Nicole Casio was one of them, and did quite regularly.
And as someone who looks after her friends' kids overnight often, they always want to sleep in your bed with you instead of the one you made up for them. And its very hard to argue if you're a softie like I am.

But then again I'm a woman not a man.

Hopes this makes sense, its late and I'm tired.

I need some help here. In this GQ article, there is this part that Evan Chadler says to Dave Schwartz, ".........I will get everything I wan, and they will be destroyed forever. June (Schwartz's wife at that moment) will lose custody of the son...... "
Why would Chandler be telling Schwartz his plans which involve getting Schwartz's own wife (June) to lose custody of her son?
At that time Schwartz was still married to June right? Why would Chandler say it to Schwartz who I assume would be protective of his wife? Wouldn't Schwartz not want his wife to have custody of the son and thus, protect her from such schemes?
If so, why would Chandler be telling Schwartz of such plans? That part doesn't make much sense.

Please someone help me understand... I really want to, because I do feel that Michael is innocent. But, that part does not add up.

I am sorry but I did not know there was a follow-up to my comment from Silo 13 – thank you so much for your words. The addition you have made to our ‘equation’ of those slumber parties definitely gave me more shrill in imagining the whole thing - with all the inevitable giggling or whispering ghost-stories going on... Oh, I can almost hear these children nagging at their parents ‘please let me stay, why can’t I, it is so much fun, please, please, please’… Even for a 55-year-old like me it is never too late to remember oneself as a kid.

There is no wonder the parents of those boys and girls actually GAVE their permission for such slumber parties. I think there was simply no getting away from all that nagging both for the parents and Michael too - Lisa Maria Presley used to say that children would always crawl in and follow Michael even if he went to the bathroom. I don’t doubt her word at all – firstly she is not that kind of a person and secondly I remember those concerts of Michael’s and what was going on there with the audience….

OK, now that it is clear that the admiration was of such a magnitude that NO ONE could really cope with it, another question arises – could Michael in any way take advantage of this adulation and use it for some mean purposes?

Since there were absolutely no facts found to prove those child molestation suspicions despite all the pressure from the prosecutor and media (if a single bit of fact had been found Michael would never have been acquitted) the outcome of the court trials is naturally a point in favour of Michael.

But as some people seem to have no respect for the factual side of things or hold no belief in the American judicial system we’ll have to look into the riddle on the basis of what was SAID only - so now it is Michael’s word against the word of his accusers. To make this equation even more correct we’ll have to deduct from the accusers’ part the fact that hundreds of children refuted all the allegations and never gave their testimonies against Michael in court. Or should we rather add this point to Michael’s part instead?

Now that we no longer have a chance to listen to Michael’s side of the story, the only thing we can really do is listen to the lyrics of his songs, his speeches and numerous poems as well as some of his reflections put down on paper on various issues and occasions. This is quite a big legacy and any scholar who is used to studying these things will tell you that a thinker or writer with such a wealth of ‘testimonials’ left behind him must surely have dropped here and there an unconscious mark of his innermost self which was intentionally closed from the public eye (or unintentionally hidden even from himself).

You can always find these signs either between the lines of what someone says or writes or in a much straighter way like we see it in Nabokov’s ‘Lolita’ (about a man’s desire for a 12 year-old girl) or Shakespeare’s sonnets which are simply embarrassing to read as they reveal the author’s clear passion not only for a woman but a man too…

Being a seasoned expert in reading between the lines I can testify on the Bible now that after reading as much as I’ve read of Michael’s lyrics and his other written ‘evidence’ since the moment he died (I wasn’t a fan of Michael Jackson before that) I have found NOT A SINGLE line in his works that could raise any suspicion at all.

No, it is just the other way round. The more you read of him, the surer the terrible guess is creeping into your mind - He was completely innocent… to an extent we can’t even imagine….what a shame on all our heads… it’s almost like some 2000 years ago with that old story repeating itself…..nothing learned, nothing changed…. how could we… what a beast a human being is……is there a way we can ever make up for that?

The terrible guess of an awful MISTAKE MADE turned into a clear conviction after my reading Michael’s speech at Oxford University which made me burst into bitter and guilty tears: back-up-notes.blogspot.com...

The conviction grew even stronger after reading Michael’s short essay which is actually a very graceful postmortem not-meant-to-be answer he gave to his ‘friend’ rabbi Shmuley on such issues as a true faith in God or the role of children in their parents’ lives: www.michael-jackson-trader.com...

With all the lies we have to face each moment of our lives we risk never be able to find a clue to what the truth is like and end up completely fooled, confused and messed-up wrecks. The only way to get to the truth is by a thorough peeling off bias after bias and using our own brains (instead of someone else’s) and by reaching for what our heart tells us when the brain completely fails us. Actually this is what Michael was always saying – listen to what your heart tells you before trying to ever pass judgment.

One day EACH of us will stand before God and answer for what we have or haven’t done in our lives. So let’s better hurry up in reaching for the truth and making up for the wrongs we’ve done - before it is too late.
