The House-passed bill requires that large U.S. companies, including utilities, oil refiners, manufacturers and others, reduce emissions of carbon
dioxide and other gases associated with global warming by 17 percent by 2020 and 83 percent by 2050, from 2005 levels.
They would do so by phasing in the use of cleaner alternative energy than high-polluting oil and coal.
That seems ok ...

Just a heads up... they are going to try to ram it through in the senate THIS MONDAY.
And for those who didn't know, it will FORCE HOME INSPECTIONS and if you do not agree, YOU WILL BE FINED.

IMO, it will end up with people staying in their homes, not paying the fines and the SWAT teams trying to kill/arrest them... IMO many americans
killed if this bill passes.
